Johnny Depp Has Multiple Witnesses Who Testified They Saw Amber Heard with No Visible Injuries After Alleged Incident

Johnny Depp and his legal team have interviewed multiple people, under oath, who testified to details surrounding Amber Heard's domestic abuse accusations, which he believes proves the alleged violent acts and injuries were a hoax.
In transcripts obtained by The Blast, four employees and one neighbor from the ex-couple's residential building were deposed regarding any signs of abuse they may have seen between the stars, including the interactions with Heard, and all five claims she had no visible injuries.
The "Pirate of the Caribbean" star's attorney also provided 87 different pieces of recorded video, taken from different cameras before and after the alleged incident on May 21 between Depp and Heard.
Trinity Esparza, who owns the concierge services company contracted through the building, testified that she encountered Heard multiple times throughout the week following the incident on May 21, and specifically saw her on May 23, two days after the alleged incident.
Esparza said under oath that she did not see any visible injuries to Heard's face or body in the days following the incident and up to the time the police investigated. She explained how close in proximity she was to Amber and claimed there were no visible injuries.
However, Esparza did note that on May 27, six days after the reported incident, Heard did have a visible injury, including a "red cut underneath her right eye and red marks by her eye."

May 27 was the same day Heard filed for a temporary restraining order against Depp and accused him of spousal abuse. At the time she filed the documents, photos of the star were released showing Heard with apparent injuries to her face.
After seeing the images, Esparza testified that she went back and reviewed security footage from the building because the "time didn't add up" and she suspected the allegations against Depp were "false." The concierge services owner was adamant she had seen the actress "several times" without a mark on her face.
A second employee of the building, a security guard named Alex Romero, was also deposed regarding his interactions with Amber and was questioned on whether he saw any signs of abuse.

Romero claimed to have seen Heard multiple times throughout the week and said he did not see anything to indicate that Heard had been "punched by anyone," or had anything thrown at her, like a cell phone.
The security guard said he seriously doubted the actress' story once he saw her photos, describing on record, "I saw the pictures and the next day I saw her. I was like come on, really. I couldn't believe," adding, "When I saw her in person, I didn't see anything."
Two other employees — including the general manager of the building, Brandon Patterson — also testified that Heard was observed multiple times in the building following the alleged assault and was seen "without bruises, cuts, redness, swelling or any other injuries to her face."
They also testified that building surveillance captured lots of video of Heard without any visible injuries like the ones seen in the photographs.

Lastly, the ex-couple's neighbor, Issac Baruch, gave explosive testimony where he describes seeing Heard the morning after the alleged fight and claims the actress exclaimed, "He hit me! He threw a phone and hit me!"
Baruch, who admits he's been friends with Depp for 37 years, said Heard "stretched her neck" to show him her alleged injuries, and said he could not see any injuries while standing less than a foot away from her face. Baruch was adamant that he did not even see any redness or swelling.
He notes that he saw Heard a few other times later in the week without injuries, but also notes the day of her court appearance on May 27 she had visible marks.
Baruch also describes a bizarre encounter with Heard a few weeks later, on June 3, where she invited him over for dinner while Depp was out of town. The neighbor said he declined, and stated, "I think it's best that we don't talk anymore because I'm confused, angry and frustrated by what I've been seeing."
He claims Heard said, "I told Johnny I don't want anything from him," adding, "The lawyers are doing all of this."
Amber's lawyer Eric George told The Blast, “This frivolous action is just the latest of Johnny Depp’s repeated efforts to silence Amber Heard. She will not be silenced. Mr. Depp’s actions prove he is unable to accept the truth of his ongoing abusive behavior. But while he appears hell-bent on achieving self-destruction, we will prevail in defeating this groundless lawsuit and ending the continued vile harassment of my client by Mr. Depp and his legal team.”
As The Blast first reported, Depp's attorney Adam Waldman filed a $50,000,000 defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife alleging her domestic violence claims were an elaborate hoax, and also insinuating she had an inappropriate relationship with Tesla CEO, Elon Musk.
