Taylor Swift Suffers Wardrobe Malfunction At First Concert After Break-Up

Singer Taylor Swift suffered a wardrobe malfunction at her first "The Eras Tour" concert stop after she split from actor Joe Alwyn.

Last Saturday, reports surfaced that the "Bejeweled" singer and the "Conversations with Friends" actor went their separate ways after six years of dating.

During her first onstage appearance in Tampa, Florida, since the break-up became public, the 33-year-old singer suffered a wardrobe malfunction on stage and still managed to go on like a pro.

The next stop on The Eras Tour after the announcement of the break-up was the Eras Tour concert at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. While performing "Lavender Haze," her garter broke and was later fixed during her performance of "Anti-Hero."

A fan account captured a fifteen-second snippet of the wardrobe malfunction and posted it on TikTok. In the video, two of her background singers can be seen trying to remove the belt from her leg.

Taylor didn't stop performing, especially during the lyrics, "I end up in crisis" as she threw her arms up in the air and resumed the song with a smile. Taylor is performing several tracks from her tenth studio album, Midnights, on her tour, including "Bejeweled," "Vigilante S---" and "Karma."

As previously reported, the "Love Story" singer has made a change to the Folklore portion of her setlist. Although she began her tour by performing "Invisible String," a song about two soulmates being connected by fate," she has since replaced it with "The 1," a song about looking back at a past relationship and wondering what could have been.

Many Swifties have speculated that the change in the song is due to her break-up with Joe Alwyn. Although the two didn't go public with their relationship until 2017, many fans suspect that the two actually met at the Met Gala in 2016, given the lyrics of some of Taylor's songs that are rumored to be about the 32-year-old actor.

It seems that there is no "Bad Blood" between these two Hollywood stars. A source told PEOPLE that the split was due to "differences in their personalities," and said that they  "weren't the right fit for one another."

"They've had rough patches before and always worked things out, so friends thought they would take some time apart but eventually come back together," the source said.

"They had plenty in common and fell in love in a safe bubble while she was retreating from the world during Reputation," the insider added, referring to her 2017 studio album. "Then the pandemic hit, and they were locked down together and able to continue growing their relationship in this insulated way. But he didn't really 'know' her yet outside of that bubble."

Multiple sources told the magazine that the former couple had been "talking about marriage as recently as a few months ago." Unfortunately, it seems that the "Anti-Hero" singer was the one who called it quits on the relationship.

"Taylor didn't see them working out in the long run," the insider added. They explained that the split was "recent" but "not dramatic." The source said that the two "are friendly" with one another, adding, "There is a lot of respect still between them."

"She doesn't have anything bad to say about Joe," the insider added. "They just grew apart. Taylor is staying very focused on her tour right now."

The release of her new studio album, Midnights, and the announcement of her massive arena tour has definitely put Taylor Swift's name back in the headlines. The couple has been known for their privacy, as one source alleged that Joe has "struggled" with her level of fame in the past.

"Joe has struggled with Taylor's level of fame and the attention from the public," another source said. "The differences in their personalities have also become harder to ignore after years together. They've grown apart."
