As The Blast reported, the "Happier Than Ever" singer requested a restraining order against her alleged stalker in February 2023. She claims that multiple people have been "stalking, harassing, and threatening" her life due to her fame, and this is no exception.

"Regrettably, my commercial success has also coincided with random individuals, previously unknown to me, stalking, harassing, and threatening me and seeking to personally contact and potentially harm me," Eilish wrote in the court petition. "This has included disturbed individuals going to extreme lengths, such as attempting to gain entry to my home and my parents' home."

In the court papers, Eilish alleges that she discovered her alleged stalker "on my pool deck around 7:30" at night. In the filing, she claimed that she found him standing shirtless outside her living room window and only realized that she was there when she turned on the lights. She added that he had been staring at her through the glass.

She describes how she quickly called 911 and how law enforcement officials arrived at her home but could not find her intruder. They were able to track him down in the local area and arrest him.

Eilish then reviewed the security footage from her home and alleged that Mr. Black, "among other things, disrobed and used the outdoor shower on my property."

"While this is not the first time an unknown individual has attempted to contact my family or me and stalked us, every occasion, including the February 20th incident, causes me substantial anxiety, fear, and emotional distress over my safety and that of my immediate family," the "lovely" singer wrote in the court documents, noting that he had been seen on security camera footage at her parent's house as well.

She added, "I worry that someday one of these individuals will do something violent or alarming to one of my family members or me."
