Too many to remember! Nick Cannon won no Father of the Year awards as he forgot about his daughter Onyx's existence.
The multi-hyphenate star is known for stirring up controversies with his lower half. After fathering twelve children with six different women, the rapper-turned-actor seems to have difficulty keeping track of his large brood.
The "Love Don’t Cost A Thing" star recently set himself up for media outrage after attempting to prove his worth as a good dad. While trying to name his kids, the San Diego native accidentally skipped his ninth child.
Nick Cannon Forgets To Mention Daughter Onyx When Listing His Twelve Children
The "Masked Singer" host tried flaunting his parental memory by reciting the names of his children during a recent appearance on Howard Stern's eponymous radio show.
Going by their birthdays, the entertainer began with his offspring from Mariah Carey. "Moroccan and Monroe, which we call Roc and Roe," the "All That" star said before adding the two children he shares with Brittany Bell — Golden and Powerful.
Next came twins Zion and Zillion with Abby De La Rosa, followed by his and Alyssa Scott's late son, Zen. "And then from there, Legendary Love," the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Award winner continued, referring to his son with Bre Tiesi.
"Then there’s [our 6-month-old], Rise," Cannon said before Stern interrupted to inform the TV personality that he had "missed" a child's name. Confused, the "Gigolo" rapper repeated Powerful's name before adding the names of other daughters, Beautiful and Halo.
Realizing that the Nickelodeon alum did not notice his mistake, the radio veteran pointed out that the "Drumline" star had left out the child he welcomed with LaNisha Cole, Onyx Ice Cole.
Shocked by his error, the father of twelve tried to play it off as Stern's fault. "Ah, no! You know, I did. You threw me off because I was going in order!" the multi-hyphenate star claimed. However, when the older entertainer joked about "poor Onyx," the 42-year-old noted he was "in trouble."

The San Diego native playfully noted that failing to mention his daughter's name would "create a problem" as he frequently got on the wrong side of his children's mothers. Despite his claims, it seems that Cole might have problems with the former rapper.
Last year, the "Deal or No Deal" briefcase model uploaded a picture of a handsome young man named Brian Paul Kuba on her Instagram Story. In the image, the filmmaker donned an all-black outfit, sporting a dashing smile as he cradled Onyx.
Gushing about Kuba's fantastic role in their lives, the media personality penned: "He’s been great with us this entire time. So caring and supportive." In a second post, the stunning model revealed she had a longtime relationship with the entertainer.
"He’s been there every single day since the beginning. Good days and hard days, plus everything in between. He’s a blessing," the 41-year-old wrote. Cole's post came at the heels of her subtle jab at Cannon after she and Onyx were excluded from the actor's social media posts.
The California native noted she was not bothered by the exclusion and was focused on staying positive for her daughter's sake. "She is incredibly blessed and is surrounded by so much love — and it’s not fake IG photo op love — it’s real day-in and day-out love," the model declared.
LaNisha Cole Fired Back At Trolls For Criticizing Her Relationship With Cannon
Last December, The Blast shared Cole's powerful message to critics after the 41-year-old got tired of receiving unsolicited comments about welcoming a child with Cannon. Taking to her IG Story, "The Price Is Right" model called out trolls in a lengthy post.
The music video vixen noted that it was easy for the public to judge her from the comfort of their phones and think they were better than her. However, Cole claimed social media only gave a tiny glimpse of a person's life and not the whole story.
According to the California beauty, she suffered unnecessary pain and heartbreak in the name of love, a problem everyone had experienced at some point. Nonetheless, the entertainer declared that she was choosing to do better.
"Calling me baby mama #538 every time I say the sky is blue is uncalled for, and it's getting old," Cole wrote. The media personality stated that she would not change the past as it led her to a "beautiful place" and advised trolls to leave "toxic comment sections on social media."
