Bell had just finished serving his two-year probation for two counts of “attempted child endangerment and disseminating matters harmful to juveniles.”

“My understanding is there’s been a plea agreement reached where the defendant will plead guilty to count one attempted endangering children, a felony in the fourth degree [and] plead guilty to count two: disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, a misdemeanor the first degree,” the judge said in the hearing in 2021.

He continued, “However, if you go to prison, upon your release, you could be subjected to a discretionary period of three years post-release control. Post-release control could involve restrictions on your activities. If you were to violate those restrictions, you can be returned to prison, [for] up to a maximum of one-half of your original sentence.”

“Do you understand if you plead guilty that is an admission by you that you did these crimes?” the judge asked, to which Bell answered, “Yes, Your Honor.”

Bell also spoke out in the courtroom during his sentencing. “Today I accept this plea because my conduct was wrong. I’m sorry that the victim was harmed in any way — that was obviously not my intention,” he said. “I have taken this matter very very seriously, and again I just want to apologize to her and anyone else who may have been affected by my actions.”

Bell was sentenced to two years’ probation by an Ohio judge after pleading guilty to criminal charges involving a minor.

In December last year, the actor was caught inhaling the gas from a balloon while driving with his son in the car.

Earlier this year, The Blast reported Bell allegedly went in for treatment to help with his issues. It was also reported that Bell's wife, Janet Von Schmeling, separated from him.

Per reports, the pair separated as the singer and actor struggled with his personal issues. Bell entered “treatment” while Von Schmeling moved back home to Florida with their son.

At this time, Von Schmeling has not spoken out about Bell's whereabouts or his reported missing case. Anyone with information about Bell's whereabouts, or if you know any other information related to the Nickelodeon star, is urged to contact the Daytona Beach Police Department at (386) 671-5207.
