Renee Zellweger & Ant Anstead Are Reportedly Taking Their Relationship To The Next Level

Ant Anstead is not slowing down with his girlfriend, Renee Zellweger!

The lovestruck pair are ready to take their romance into their own space after allegedly finding a house in which they want to shack up. Anstead and Zellweger made their relationship social media official in September 2021 after they met on the set of the former's Discovery+ show "Celebrity IOU Joyride" in June of the same year. 

A few days after quietly selling his beloved Temple House in Laguna Beach, California, Anstead has reportedly bought a new home with Zellweger. An insider claimed that the lovebirds have "found a house that they both love and are moving in together."

The source also added, "They are very happy and in love. They have tried to keep their relationship private and low-key because of Hudson," referring to the three-year-old son the builder shares with his ex-wife Christina Hall.

According to Daily Mail, the 44-year-old had sold his oceanfront home in an off-market deal after he received an offer from a buyer. He had initially listed the property for $3.3 million in October 2022 before reconsidering the sale and taking it from the market. 

Following the sale of the home, Anstead, who has two other children — Archie and Amelie— gushed, "Temple is sold. It came at the right time for another property and a change in my personal life that I'm really pleased about."

While the television presenter's joy at getting rid of the property is palpable, it is worth noting that it had come in handy during his 2020 separation – and subsequent – divorce from Hall. In fact, the "For the Love of Cars" co-presenter revealed that it "served as a sanctuary for that period."

However, he has gotten to a "really fantastic place" and would not mind doing whatever it required, including going on bended knee, to remain there. Rumors of a potential proposal began circulating after The Blast reported that a source hinted at the possibility last month.

As mentioned above, the "World's Most Expensive Cars" presenter and the "Same Kind of Different as Me" actress have been together since 2021, cohabiting together for almost two years after the latter sold her Los Angeles residence.

The couple has been alternating between spending quality time with Anstead's three kids and going on several simple dates, including bike riding and lowkey beach trips. Although Zellweger has no social media presence and maintained closed lips about her romance, sources have claimed that she is beyond happy with her man and is excited about what is to come in their shared future. 

The Blast noted that Anstead has no problem occasionally showing off the bond he shares with his 53-year-old beauty on social media. In an image shared via Instagram earlier this year, the duo looked happy in love as they posed for the camera at an undisclosed location.

Time stopped for the lovebirds as they looked lovingly into each other's eyes, with the "New York: America's Busiest City" lead holding his lover around her waist. Their outfits spoke volumes, with Zellweger stunning in a little black dress, nude blazer, and silver high heels.

Her date opted for a gray suit, a white undershirt, and matching sneakers, instructing his fans to "Always pause for moments of magic under twinkly lights…" in the caption. The post, which has received over 30k likes since it was shared on January 27, received its fair share of appreciation from Instagram users.

"Find someone who looks at you the way Ant looks at Renee!" one person gushed with a string of heart emojis in the comments. A second fan wrote, "It's amazing how you can feel something right away when looking at a photo....with this pic it's happiness. I'm thrilled for both of you. Enjoy every minute!"

A third fan dubbed them "Prince and Princess," encouraging them to spend more nights dancing to "beautiful music" together. A fourth netizen claimed that even if they had no idea who Zellweger and Anstead were, "this photo would still catch my eye. It's lovely."
