Lisa Hochstein has asked the court to compel her estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein, to pay her alimony and temporary child support.
She said her present pay from "The Real Housewives of Miami" is insufficient to support her and their two children. She also claimed that the surgeon's multimillion-dollar income was sufficient to allow him to fulfill her wishes.
The couple separated in May 2022 amid rumors of infidelity on Lenny's side, which he vehemently denied.

Lisa Hochstein Files For Alimony From Estranged Husband
Lisa has filed new claims in court to get her estranged husband, Lenny, to pay her alimony following their separation last year.
In the suit, she claimed that her "Real Housewives of Miami" remuneration is "woefully insufficient" to care for their two children, Logan and Elle, and pay for her lifestyle. The salary was reported to be $30,000 per episode, according to court documents filed in October 2022.
Lisa also described her employment on the Peacock series as "part-time," compared to Lenny's work as a surgeon, which reportedly earns him millions of dollars yearly.
"She has primarily been a homemaker and mother throughout the parties' marriage," the suit read on Page Six. "[Lenny] has significant and substantial assets and earns millions of dollars a year as [a] successful plastic surgeon."
The documents also read that "without [Lenny's] contribution, [Lisa] cannot provide the needs and necessities of life as they were established during the marriage."
She Wants Their Marital Residence
Lisa is also asking the court to compel Lenny to continue paying for medical, dental, and other non-covered insurance for herself and the kids. This is in addition to her request for temporary child support for the children, which she wants to be paid retroactively to the filing date.
Since the "RHOM" star split from Lenny, she has remained in the residence where they once lived despite the prenuptial agreement stating that she should vacate the home.
According to her suit, Lisa appears to have no plan to vacate the residence, as she also filed that the court gives her "exclusive use and occupancy" for herself and the kids.
"[Lenny] has the means to and has already established an alternate, luxurious residence," read a part of the court documents obtained by Page Six. A hearing to rule on the above petitions is planned for April 19.
Lenny Slams Lisa's Claims
In response to Lisa's filing, Lenny stated that he slammed his estranged wife's claims that he wasn't taking care of the family.
"I pay for everything currently. I even paid for her recent vacation to Colorado with the kids, but instead of a 'thank you,' which I never expected, I get claims that I do not pay for child support or health insurance. Simply not true," the surgeon said on Page Six.
He added, "Obviously, her new lawyers, like her old lawyer, seem to think disparaging me is a good strategy. Nothing surprises me anymore."
Lisa, however, fired back that her boyfriend, Jody Glidden, paid for the holiday getaway contrary to Lenny's claims.
"My top priority remains my children. To be clear, Lenny didn't pay for any of my travel. My boyfriend took me on vacation and even spent money for my children's travel and expenses as Lenny fought paying his share," she said.
Lisa Explains Why She And Lenny Split
The couple separated in May 2022 amid rumors of infidelity on Lenny's side, which he vehemently denied. Lisa admitted during the "Real Housewives of Miami" Season 5 reunion why they split and that her lavish lifestyle played a part.
Bravo showrunner Andy Cohen asked the reality star, "Were there issues about how much money you spent on your lifestyle?" She replied, "You know what? Yeah."
Lisa further mentioned that she was intoxicated on the night that her estranged husband told her he wanted a divorce. Also, she stated that Lenny was concerned about her social life, which she claimed was limited to going out "maybe once a month."
