Fitness trainer Senada Greca, the new fitness trainer of Kim Kardashian, is giving fans another look at her bulging muscles!
The Zentoa founder donned a short-sleeve checkered dress and then took it off to show off her chiseled physique in a classic black bikini.

In her Instagram post, the popular fitness trainer shared a video that featured her posing in front of the camera in a short-sleeve checkered dress and chunky white sneakers. The text over the video reads “Bring the cuteness… and the heat!”
The video then changes to show Senada flexing her toned muscles in a black bikini as she stands barefoot on the wooden floor. She turned around, giving fans a look at her sunned buns as she shows off her bulging quadriceps.
In the caption, Senada continued to encourage body positivity among her 4.1 million Instagram followers. “Be unapologetically YOU! Whatever that looks like in being the best version of YOU, that makes YOU happy,” she wrote in the caption. “We have one true home, our one body, so why not make it the strongest, most comfortable, enjoyable place in which to live… in our own terms!”
Senada Is Bringing The Heat In With Those Leg Muscles!
“I used to be so concerned with what others thought of me. So overly focused on the scale… Once I tossed the scale and started focusing on becoming the strongest version of me, body, mind, and soul, I became happier and the most comfortable I’ve ever been in my body,” she continued, reminding followers to check the link in her bio for more information about her personal fitness program.
Fans had mixed reactions to her latest video. “I need me some legs like that,” one fan commented. “It’s not my favorite outfit on you but it’s cute for out and about,” another follower wrote. “What a body,” a third fan gushed. “Wonderful! Late last month, the Zentoa founder took to Instagram again to share a video that featured her posing in a black dress with a see-through mesh skirt. She paired the look with strappy black heels and styled her hair into loose waves that fell over her shoulders.
The text over the video reads, “Turn their hatred… into a motivational speech!” Several critical comments that she received about her appearance pop up on the screen, including messages that say that she looks “too muscular” and “not feminine.”
“Turn their hatred into your daily motivational speech! Do NOT let negative comments, whether on social media of everyday life affect you at all!” she wrote in the caption. “They are NOTHING but a reflection of the person that writes them… their view of themselves, their own insecurities, their fears, their struggles, their lack…”
She let her comment trail off before she continued, “Turn their hatred into your motivation to keep working harder on yourself, because if they noticed, it means you're noteworthy. And as I always say, the only view, the only opinion that matters, is your view and opinion of yourself.”
Plenty of fans were supportive of Senada’s positive message. “They hate because they cannot achieve what you have,” one follower commented. “How miserable do you have to be to actually comment like that on someone’s post??” another follower asked.
“It’s easier to sit there hate and stay the same than to become the best version of yourself. I wonder whose opinions I’d value more?” a third fan chimed in while another follower joked that "you're too muscular" is NOT a negative comment in their book!
