“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Camille Grammer is requesting her upcoming court battle with her ex-boyfriend over an alleged assault be sealed from the media.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Grammer has asked the judge presiding over the case to ban any photography or taking of video during the trial.
The reality star says any media requests should be denied in their entirety for the duration of the trial.
She argues, “Testimony in this matter touches on very personal, sensitive issues, and a media presence will only distract the witnesses and the jury from the important matters they are there to decide.”
Grammer and her ex-boyfriend, Dimitri Charalambopoulos, are both expected to testify on the stand.
The judge has yet to rule.
Back in 2014, the former “RHOBH” star and Charalambopoulos slapped each other with dueling lawsuits. Camille accused Dimitri of assaulting her in a Texas hotel room back in 2013, while she was recovering from cancer surgery.
Dimitri sued her claiming she fabricated the whole story and demanded damages for defamation.

Last year, the judge threw out the majority of Dimitri’s claims against Camille but allowed some claims to continue. Camille filed docs demanding he pay her $121,000 in attorney fees, due to her winning her motion, before the case moved forward. The judge agreed and granted her motion.
Dimitri explained he had no money to pay the $121k judgment but said he would immediately when money came in. The judge didn’t care and put the case on pause until he paid in full.
The case had no movement for several months due to Dimitri not paying up on the $121,000.
Then in August 2018, Dimitri filed docs in the case stating he has obtained a guarantee deposit bond in the amount of $121,307.66, which will satisfy the court order to allow the case to be reopened.
As a result of him obtaining the bond, the judge reopened the case and their dueling lawsuits were back on.
A trial is set to start next month in Texas after it had been pushed back following Camille Grammer’s Malibu mansion being burned down in the Woolsey Fire.
