Iggy Azalea is rooting for all the girlies!
The rapper reiterated where she stands regarding body positivity after a troll tried to attack one of her fans' bodies under a recent social media post. The response not only earned her applause from the other fans who saw it, but it also came after she assured them that she had been in the studio cooking up her next album.
Iggy Azalea Stands With An Instagram Fan After A Troll Body Shamed Them
Even though fans expected her to slow down with her "Hotter Than H*ll" posts during the long Easter weekend, Azalea gave them something else to drool over. The Australian rapper used the opportunity of the days off to get a tan and snap two sexy photos, which she shared with her 17 million followers.
The images showed the "Black Widow" hitmaker enjoying the sun on her deck, with a beautiful body of water behind her. While the first slide highlighted the pink barely-there two-piece bikini and matching glasses she donned, the second was an up-close black-and-white shot with a sultry pose.
For both pictures, the "Change Your Life" rapper looked away from the camera while sitting on a chair, emphasizing her taut midriff and voluptuous hips. Everything about Azalea's pose in the Instagram post indicated that she was really in "Recharge Mode," per her caption.
Along with the 432k+ likes the photos received, over a thousand people stepped into the comment section to share their opinion. "You deserve it, queen 😎 recharge that nice energy to attract more," one netizen wrote. A second fan called the post "an album cover," and a third declared the rapper "the most beautiful person."
A fourth fan told the "Dance Like Nobody's Watching" rapper that "happiness looked good" on her. Meanwhile, one fan was curious about her bikini and asked where she got it.
Although she replied that she got it from a brand on Etsy, Azalea had to double back to the comment after a troll claimed, "If you don't have a body like Iggy has, all the bikinis will look bad on you."
In response, the "Beg for It" artist typed, "No, they won't. Lol. Where [sic] whatever you want, girls. Enjoy your bodies." The mother-of-one's clap back received over 300 likes, with some agreeing with her statement.
Besides standing by her fans, the "Problem" hitmaker has been making waves with her recently announced project. As The Blast reported, shortly after giving the update, she uploaded a clip that saw her positioned in front of a mirror.
For the recording, the 32-year-old beauty sat on a white rug, rocking a green two-piece underwear featuring a high-waisted bottom. She moved the camera around to showcase her tattooed arms, thick thighs, and long legs as Drake's collab with Travis Scott, "Fair Trade," played in the background.
"Perfectionism perfected perfectly," one person gushed in the comments alongside a string of heart-eyes emojis. The sentiment was shared by thousands of others who also expressed their pleasure at seeing the rapper's clip.
The 'Pretty Girls' Rapper Is Not Ashamed Of Commodifying Her Body Online
In February, The Blast detailed the conversation that unraveled when Azalea joined Emily Ratajkowski on her "High Low with EmRata" podcast after she opened an OnlyFans account.
During the chat, the rapper had doubled down on feeling unapologetic that she signed up for the internet content subscription service after declaring that she would never do it. In her words:
"I don't think I have to say sorry about the fact that I want to commodify my own sh*t. It's been commodified and I wasn't even the main f**king benefactor of it, so f**k this. And I enjoy it. I'm going to do it anyway."
For the "Impossible Is Nothing" artist, the ability to cut out the "middle man" significantly improved her chances of making even more money, especially when she enjoyed showing off her body.
She reiterated during the discussion with Ratajkowski that she did not get a nose job and a breast augmentation in 2014 out of hate. Confirming that she liked having fake breasts, Azalea stated:
"I'm happy with them, and I like my body. I like my body. I liked my body before. I liked my face before, and I like it now. I like myself. I never didn't. I never hated myself."
The "Kream" hitmaker joined OnlyFans in January, charging users $25 monthly to view her raunchy content and projects.
