Wendy Williams' 'New Company' Worries Her Friends
According to Page Six, the "Think Like A Man" actress has left her friends worried about the people she's been surrounding herself with in recent times.
A source told the news outlet, "Wendy does not have many real friends, but the few that are coming around are causing some concern for the people that truly care about her."
The fact that Williams, 58, has her jewelry and expensive purses lying around the house as she prepares to relocate is a source of concern when people come over to her home, according to the insider.
"Wendy is not in the best state of mind, so unfortunately, people will take advantage of that," the source added.
She Wants To Relocate
Williams has been looking to sell her properties and is searching for buyers as she relocates from New York City to Los Angeles.
Page Six says she plans to move in early April and has been trying to sell some of her prized possessions, including the iconic purple chair she used on her popular talk show.
"Wendy has been calling people, asking them to help sell all her stuff. She is asking for recommendations on places that can sell furniture for you," a source told the news outlet.
Fans were given a glimpse of the beautiful decor of her $ 3 million New York City apartment when she filmed several episodes of her time at home during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020.
Williams was set to return to the screen with a planned podcast before it was canceled, with her friends claiming she told them "there's no podcast."
"It's strange because she is saying there is no podcast, but is also telling people she will return to TV. It's hard to figure out what is based in reality," an insider told the Daily Mail.
Wendy Williams Celebrated 'New Lease On Life
The "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" alum, who has been in and out of rehab for alcohol addiction, was recently seen drinking at an LGBT+ bar in New York.
Per a Page Six report, the whole place "exploded" upon Williams's entry, and she also posed for pictures with several gay men. Shawn Zanotti, her publicist, said she enjoyed acknowledging her fans and celebrating all the"new things" in her life.
"Wendy has spent most of her life in the public eye, and when she is out, she likes to acknowledge her fans," Zanotti said of Williams' night out in NYC. "She is happy and wanted to celebrate as she has a new lease on life."
Zanotti also shared that Williams loved spending time at the gay bar she was spotted in because she "loves her fans and fully supports the LGBTQ community, which is a big part of her fan base."
Fans Concerned About Wendy Williams' Health
Daily Mail reported that Williams openly talked about the state of her health after fans made a buzz about her shocking weight.
Fans were worried about the former talk show host after she was spotted leaving a New York City building disoriented while wearing tiny denim cut-off shorts and flaunting her small frame.
According to the news source, the actress, who has several health conditions, such as lymphedema and Graves' disease, displayed her trim waist as she spoke to photographers about attempting to look younger.
Williams revealed she had seen a doctor and shared how much she weighed then. The former talk show host has had fans concerned with her recent relapse following her drinking binge.
