Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly Reportedly Back Together After Hawaii Vacation

Actress Megan Fox and actor Machine Gun Kelly are reportedly back together after a "healing" vacation in Hawaii.

The couple hit a rough patch on Super Bowl Sunday, when the "Jennifer's Body" actress posted a cryptic message about "dishonesty" and subsequently deleted her Instagram account. Although she waited a week to explain that there was no "third-party interference" in their relationship, it appeared that the two were not quick to reconcile.

However, new reports indicate that the couple is back together after a "healing" vacation together in Hawaii.

On Friday, sources told the Daily Mail that the couple is officially back together after a "healing" vacation in Hawaii. Describing the argument as a "rocky patch," it looks like the "healing" they've been doing together has "been working."

“They’re officially back on after going through a rocky patch in their relationship,” the source explained. “The last few months has been tough for them both but they went away together to do some healing and it’s been working.”

The insider added that the two "feel more connected than ever" and the 36-year-old actress believes that the 32-year-old rock is her "soul mate" and was "never going to give up" on their engagement.

Photos obtained by the outlet show the couple smiling as they walked hand in hand in a romantic stroll at the beach. At one point, it looks like MGK even gave his fiancée a piggyback ride so she wouldn't have to walk over a rocky part of the beach.

Only a few days ago, TMZ reported that the couple, who has never been shy about sharing their PDA in the past, was cordial, but not affectionate or lovey-dovey, during a dinner date at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hawaii.

Although the two never held hands or kissed during the hour-long dinner, the two did seem to be having a good time according to eyewitnesses.

Late last month, Us Weekly reported that the couple had hit a pause on wedding planning while they took some time apart to reflect on their relationship. One source said that they are “currently on a break but are still in contact,” adding that their relationship was “very hot and cold” at the time.

Although the two became engaged in January 2022, it seems that little progress has been made on their wedding. Sources say that no venue has been picked out and the couple has not even picked a date to exchange their “I Dos.”

“They have stalled wedding planning to work on their issues,” the source said only two weeks ago. “Their relationship is pretty volatile at the moment. They are currently off, but still texting each other.”

It’s not clear what exactly happened that led the two to suddenly call off their engagement. In February, one source told the magazine that the couple “had a big fight in Arizona,” adding, “She was supposed to go to his performance at the Sports Illustrated party, but they had a fight and she canceled plans and flew out Saturday evening.”

On Sunday, February 19, only a week after her initial post, the "Transformers" actress shared a brief statement on Instagram denying any "third party interference" in their relationship.

"There has been no third party interference in this relationship of any kind," Fox wrote.  "That includes, but is not limited to..actual humans, DMs, Al bots or succubus demons."

"While I do hate to rob you of running random baseless news stories that would have been much more accurately written by ChatGPT, you need to let this story die and leave all of these innocent people alone now," she added.

A few days after her post, a source told PEOPLE that Fox was "backtracking" her initial post alleging "dishonesty."

"She's now posted that there was no cheating, but she initially thought there was and now is backtracking a bit," the insider alleged. "She was definitely hinting at infidelity with her first post. She regrets making it all so public, but was really upset in the moment."
