The TV personality shared a clip that proved how incredibly flexible she is with her 710k followers on Thursday, April 6. The post comes just days following her revelation that she has autism spectrum disorder, two years after she was diagnosed with the severe developmental disease that damages one's ability to interact and communicate.

McGuiness looked magnificent as she performed various Ashtanga yoga poses in a sports bra and leggings combo, as seen in the video shared with her fans. In the footage captioned "Working on HER," the 35-year-old model demonstrated shoulder stands and backbends without breaking a sweat.
It was set to the tunes of HER's "Every Kind of Way" single and immediately got fans talking in the comment section. One fan called her endurance "amazing!" and a second wrote, "You make me wish I'd kept up doing Pilates."
A third Instagram user suggested, "You should teach yoga; you are very good at the poses. See Less. Well done, great for mental health." A fourth viewer assured the former beauty queen, "You are a beautiful woman who is on a journey, your path, and with your determination, you will be ok."
Meanwhile, one follower was curious to know if yoga helped the "The Game" contestant's autism anxiety, to which she disclosed, "Yes, I've been terrible recently, terrible with it; yoga helps."
As mentioned, the "The Real Housewives of Cheshire" alum was diagnosed in 2021. Unfortunately, she had other challenges, including getting sexually abused from age nine — it ended at age 11.
She was then raped at age 14, birthing a traumatic reaction that caused her to pray for death whenever she went to sleep for the night. "The Real Full Monty" further shared during the conversation with BBC that besides those incidents, she has always struggled with starting and maintaining friendships, admitting:
"There've been times in my life where I desperately wanted a friend."

Fans were shocked when Christine announced that her marriage to her husband of 11 years, Patrick 'Paddy' Joseph McGuinness, was going through troubling times. The Sun observed that she did not look like her normal self when she discussed the "difficult time" they were suffering.
However, it did not long for she to provide another marital update, telling fans that she and the "Top Gear" presenter had separated. In the months after the separation, the "Steph's Packed Lunch" guest has returned to her usual fun self, claiming in January:
"I've been good. Everything's calming down, and I'm really excited for what's to come."
Soon after New Year's, the former model shared on social media that she was "ready for 202FREE." Christine, who has remained in her shared home with Paddy to co-parent better their three autistic kids — twins Leo and Penelope, and daughter Felicity, explained:
"Well, I think when you're a mum, you're never completely free! But yeah, it feels quite freeing, I'm at a totally different stage of my life, a different chapter."
She expressed that even though she was separated from Paddy, they co-parented more, giving her time "where the children are with Daddy." "That's wonderful. Amazingly, he's got that time with them, I have my own time with them, and we all have time together," the Blackpool native added.
The "Loose Women" guest star and her former comedian beau first met when he spoke with her during a 2008 bikini fashion show at the Liverpool International Tennis Tournament. After two years of dating, the pair got engaged, with Paddy popping the question to his woman in their home on Christmas Eve.
