Aaron Carter's home, which he listed months before his death, has been relisted. The 4,131-square-foot house in Lancaster, CA, where he passed, has been put up for sale, with the bathroom undergoing renovations.
Aaron, who was not on the best terms with his siblings before his passing, did not leave a will specifying how his property should be divided, so his estate was passed down to his toddler son, Prince.
The proceeds from the sale of the property will go to his estate and a trust fund for his son.

Late Aaron Carter's Home Listed For Sale
According to TMZ, the home where the former teen pop star died is back on the market and ready to be sold. Aaron intended to sell the property one month before his death in November 2022, having previously listed it for $779,900.
The residence, where Aaron died in the bathroom, is presently undergoing renovations and has been put back on the market for about $850,000.
According to the news outlet, Aaron paid $430,000 for the house and had it remodeled, including the addition of a few extra bedrooms and the building of a larger pool in the backyard.
Christie M. Limpus of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the property's listing agent, stated that five prospective buyers have already toured the home since it was relisted.
Proceeds From The Sale Will Go Into A Trust Fund For His Son Prince
Aaron's passing without a will resulted in his property and estate being passed down to his 1-year-old son, Prince, as supported by his family.
According to TMZ, the proceeds from the sale of his house will go to his estate and into a trust for his 1-year-old son, whom he shares with Melanie Martin.
The "Blacklisted" singer's family shared that they were leaving his fortune to Prince to ensure some level of security when he grows up, believing that the decision would help prevent any disputes over his assets.
Aaron's twin sister, Angel, filed a petition to serve as administrator of his estate, with his mother, Jane, noting that she asked her to do so.
Aaron Carter's Mom And Fiancée Have Reservations About His Death
Martin, late Aaron's fiancée, stated that the family suspects foul play in the singer's death, claiming that he took a drug from a dealer who texted him about owing "$800 for an unknown substance."
Aaron was in a lengthy battle with mental health conditions and drug addiction before his passing in November 2022.
According to Martin, Aaron texted the still-unidentified dealer that he no longer wanted the substance, but the man replied that he still had to pay. The last message between the two reportedly showed him asking whether the demand to pay was him "being threatened."
Jane and Martin concluded that the singer did meet the dealer after their tense exchange. They think that he settled the debt at the meeting and then "took a substance that could have ultimately killed him."
Aaron was discovered dead in his bathroom tub by his housekeeper, but the coroner has since ruled out drowning because he had no water in his lungs.
His mom shared that she thinks cops aren't taking investigations into the cause of his death seriously, saying she "wants answers."
"We want justice. There are people who must be held accountable," she shared on Facebook.
Aaron Carter Wasn't On Good Terms With His Siblings Before He Passed
According to TMZ, Aaron died without the opportunity to reconcile with his brother, Nick of the Backstreet Boys, and his twin sister, Angel.
When he was alive, both Nick and Angel had restraining orders against him, and as a result, he was legally barred from having any direct contact with them.
Nick obtained the restraining order in 2019 after Aaron allegedly threatened to kill his then-pregnant wife and unborn child. On the other hand, Angel filed for a restraining order that same year, claiming that her twin brother had threatened her with assassins.
