Justin Bieber Is NOT Quitting Music, New Music Coming This Year

Justin Bieber is not stepping away from music — in fact, he is working on a new album while also focusing on his health.

Sources close to Bieber tell The Blast he was "shocked" by the reaction to his social media post this week, when he said, "Music is very important to me but Nothing comes before my family and my health."

We're told Bieber thought he was making it clear that he plans on putting a new album out soon, it's just not ready yet. Our sources say Bieber was trying to point out that he will only tour when he feels comfortable with his ability to give it his all.

Bieber is still going to the studio to work on the album and we're told some of his new music will be released sometime in 2019.

Sources close to the pop star pointed at part of his message on social media, "I will come with a kick ass album ASAP."

In the Instagram post, Bieber said he was "unhappy" on his last tour and "was unable emotionally to give you that near the end of the tour."

He added, "I am now very focused on repairing some of the deep rooted issues that I have as most of us have, so that I don’t fall apart, so that I can sustain my marriage and be the father I want to be."

Earlier this month, Justin Bieber talked about going through a hard time recently. He wrote, “Been struggling a lot. Just feeling super disconnected and weird.. I always bounce back so I’m not worried just wanted to reach out and ask for your guys to pray for me.”
