Fans Have Mixed Reaction As Blac Chyna Shows Off Her Doctorate Certificate

Fans have been thrown into opposing camps after Blac Chyna — real name Angela Renée White — showed off her doctorate online.

The socialite has inspired many following the transformation she claimed began with a re-baptism ceremony on her 34th birthday— May 11, 2022. Since then, she has removed several decorative features, including face fillers, long faux nails, and illegal silicone injections. However, some folks have drawn the line at her becoming a 'doctor' within a short period.

Chyna  — who has had three liposuction surgeries and five breast augmentations — has continued making a noticeable transformation since her days as a stripper. In her latest move, the former bleaching cream entrepreneur announced to her 21 million followers that she is now formally known as a "Doctor" after completing a doctorate program.

The program, which cost $10,000 tuition, was run at the Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College at the beginning of the year. The BlacChynaCloset creator snapped the accompanying certificate in front of a framed photo of her two kids — son King Cairo Stevenson and daughter Dream Renée Kardashian — holding each other. The latest graduate proudly showed off the achievement in a post that she captioned:

"On January 17, 2023 I got my Doctorate of Liberate [sic] Arts from Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College. Doctor Angela Renee White."

The post quickly accrued numerous likes — 294k+ at the time of this writing — and comments from her fans, with one report, "I'm telling you all! Take a year off and work on yourself. She's doing the work."

"When you've been doing the work, but folks think it's for publicity," a second person commented, as a third gleefully expressed, "Love everything about this and the testimony that goes with it."

A fourth fan claimed it was "only the beginning," adding that Chyna's "influence will change so many lives." It, unfortunately, was not all fun and games in the comment section as one critic noted, "Oh, they just handing degrees out. Because how she ain't got no masters or bachelor's."

Another critic claimed that the Lashed Cosmetics owner was taking these actions because "the church makes more money than only fans!" A third person called the degree a publicity stunt because they have "never seen or heard of her read or study anything let alone a book has to be published for doctorates."

As for her other corrections, she divulged that she underwent a breast and butt reduction surgery amid her "life-changing journey." To that end, the mother-of-two shared video content on Instagram detailing her doctor's appointments to take out her "a** shots."

While advising other women to avoid artificially enhancing their bodies, the 34-year-old said the body-reduction surgeries would elevate her to the "next level" now that she is altering her "ways."

Chyna even went as far as "retiring" her "long sharp nails" thanks to her "stepping into a different way." The surgeries came soon after she informed the public that she was quitting OnlyFans for the sake of her kids.

According to a recent report from The Blast,  the "Rob & Chyna" alum was satisfied with implementing changes in her physical appearance. The model confessed when she responded "no" to a question asking if she would abstain from sex because of her new path during an interview on "Sway's Universe."

After laughing off the idea of being celibate, she quipped, "Listen, I ain't trying to have no attitude, now." It is worth noting that the only people who have remained unfazed by her drastic cosmetic reversals are her children. Speaking in an interview on Sirius XM's "Sway in the Morning" radio show, the "Cash Only" singer recounted:

"When I came back from my surgery, they're like, 'So, why you laying like that? I'm like, 'Mommy just had surgery.' They're like, 'So, what did you get?' I'm like, 'I got my boobies and my butt smaller.'"

While Dream was unbothered by the body reduction, she was fascinated by her mother's new short nails — a look Chyna believes would help the six-year-old understand that a manicure did not have to be extended to look good.
