Amanda Kloots is out here inspiring her fans with her super fitness form!

The Broadway star has been open about her journey towards fitness and healing after the death of her husband, Nick Cordero, and is using her platform to motivate others to push themselves in the gym.

Amanda Kloots Sets Fitness Goals For Fans With Intense Gym Session

The television personality posted a video of herself in a boxing session on her page, displaying some awe-inspiring moves as Beyonce's "Stay Strong Motivated" audio played in the background. 

The actress began the caption by writing, "You be it. Be about it. Go do it," before noting the importance of constantly challenging oneself to learn and grow. Kloots expressed her belief that life offers many opportunities to be different things and that people should not limit themselves to just one identity.

She was a "boxer, fighter, survivor, dancer, mother, author, TV host, entrepreneur, producer, creator, actor, fitness instructor, and teacher." She mentioned that she was not done exploring and discovering new aspects of herself. In conclusion, she penned, "Don't hold yourself back. "Surviving the struggle will strengthen you."

Followers responded by commending her message and expressing how much she spurred them on with her words, like this user who gushed, "You're the most inspiring woman I follow - thank you for being you and always leading by example…👏👏."

One person called her text "beautiful," adding, "And no one knows it better than you! You inspire me every day with your strength and confidence! I can only hope to be one-eighth as incredible as you are! ❤️.” Another individual expressed gratitude and appreciation towards Kloots and stated that her videos and posts had been of great help to them. 

A fourth user wrote, "I celebrate you, and this message is invaluable and spot on🔥🔥🔥 Thank you for modeling resilience, vulnerability, and authenticity 💃♥️." At the same time, a fifth pointed out her positive influence on their fitness journey by stating, "Not going to lie! You are my inspiration. If I don't want to exercise, what would Amanda say? Thank you 🙏."

A sixth begged her not to stop posting because they considered her a "true inspiration of everything ❤️," while another noted, "You always lift me!" 

The 41-year-old has always enjoyed exercising in the gym or dance floor. In December, The Blast observed that she gave the same tools as a way to survive the holidays, especially after losing a loved one.

After going through grief, she turned to dance to handle her pain. In a message, she wrote, "If you are struggling, especially during the holiday season, one of the things that saved me and continue to save me is exercise."

She added, "Blast good music, move your body, and get OUT OF YOUR HEAD!" The TV host shared that she spent an hour on a bike dancing with a smile and acknowledged that although she did not wake up in good spirits every day, she made a conscious effort to do things that bring her joy. 

The mother-of-one emphasized that these activities were a reminder that "life is meant to be lived, enjoyed, and celebrated."

'The Talk' Co-Host Opens Up About Overcoming Grief 

After her husband's demise, "The Talk" co-host remained vocal about her struggles with Grief. Despite her fears, the dancer decided to use her experience to help others going through the same thing by sharing advice on coping. 

The Blast shared that she shared a screenshot of a fan's question in an Instagram story, which included a selfie of herself in a plain round-necked t-shirt. The message read, "Seems like you move forward, and then sometimes you take two steps back," She replied, "I think that's the definition of grief."

Kloots elaborated on the subject in a separate text below the snapshot, stating, "I never mind taking two steps back. That's how we learn, grow and evolve." The "Fit for Christmas" actress emphasized the importance of taking small steps to keep learning from the experience of Grief and avoid getting stuck, noting that it was her biggest fear.

She concluded her message by saying, "Grief changes you. It brings clarity to many things in life. And with clarity comes power."
