Khloe Kardashian's face is not what it once was.
The Good American co-founder's face has changed A LOT throughout her and her family's rise to fame.
Since hitting the reality TV scene and our TV screens in 2007 on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," Koko's face, body, and lifestyle have changed drastically.
Khloe Has Gone Through QUITE The Transformation!
She was nicknamed "the fat sister," which cut her deep.
"I didn't realize that I was 'the fat sister' until I went on TV and the media started saying that about me," she told PEOPLE in 2015. "I started saying it before people. I was like, 'Okay, I'm the fat, funny sister. Who cares?' I almost let that take ownership of me. [But really] I wasn't fat. I wasn't obese. But I would let society make me believe that I was."
In recent years, Khloe has lost a drastic amount of weight, which caused her overall appearance to get much smaller.
Many fans, haters, and trolls have speculated that the mother-of-two has gotten extensive cosmetic and plastic surgery done to her face, but Khloe has vehemently denied the rumors.

The only plastic surgery she's copped to getting is a nose job.
In 2021 during the 'KUWTK' reunion, Khloe confirmed the nose job rumors circulating.
"For me, everyone says, 'Oh my gosh, she's had her third face transplant,' but I've had one nose job," she said. "And everyone gets so upset; why don't I discuss it? No one's ever asked me."
Khloe Hits Back At Comment About Her "Old Face"
More recently, a bold fan commented on a video of Khloe writing, "Do you miss your old face?"
Khlo-money snapped back, "No."

Instagram account @commentsbycelebs shared the simple yet poignant response to their page with the caption, "#Unbothered."
However, the comments show fans are immensely bothered.
"If she were unbothered, she wouldn't have responded to the comment," one person wrote.
"Then why does she still filter the new one 🤷♀️," another questioned.
Fans Aren't Buying Khloe's Response
One person seemingly took this as Khloe confirming she's had more than just a nose job done by writing, "Oh, so she's admitting it now?"
"I would argue she is bothered enough to respond. I think all of them are counting their days of being popular. The shift started a while ago, but I think they are starting to take note finally," yet another comment read.
One fan thought they were looking at Kylie Jenner.
Last year, Khloe got called out for wearing a bandage on her face.
However, the reason behind the band-aid was a life-or-death situation.
In her Instagram Story on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, Khlo explained what the bandage covered.
She wrote, "I have seen numerous stories about the ever-evolving bandage on my face, with some of you wondering why I've been wearing it on my cheek for the past few weeks."
Khloe explained that she noticed a small, raised bump on her face that she initially thought was as minor as a zit; however, after it had not disappeared in seven months, she decided to get it biopsied.
"Dermatologist Dr. Tess Mauricio examined it, and Dr. Dan Behroozan ran a second biopsy because what they both were seeing was incredibly rare for someone my age," she explained. "A few days later, I was told I needed an immediate operation to remove a tumor from my face. I called Dr. Garth Fischer, a dear friend of my family and one of the best surgeons in Beverly Hills, who I knew would take excellent care of my face."
Dr. Fischer was able to "get everything- all my margins appear clear, and now we are onto the healing process. So, here we are… you'll continue to see my bandages, and when I'm allowed, you'll probably see a scar (and an indention in my cheek from the tumor being removed)."
Khloe used this vulnerable moment for a better purpose.
"PS I am ONLY sharing this story with you to remind everyone to get checked frequently. At 19 years old, I had melanoma on my back, and I had surgery to remove that, so I am pre-composed to melanomas," her Story continued. "Even those who are not, we should always be checking. I am someone who wears sunscreen every single day, religiously, so no one is exempt from these things. Please take this seriously and do regular self-exams and your annual checkups."
