2:52 PM PT -- Eric Holder has entered a plea of not guilty. He's being represented by defense attorney Chris Darden, who was the former Deputy D.A. in Los Angeles and one of the prosecutors on the O.J. Simpson murder trial alongside Marcia Clark.

His bond has been set at $5 million.

The man allegedly responsible for fatally shooting Nipsey Hussle has been charged with murder and is facing life in prison.

Eric Holder's charges include one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.

If found guilty, he faces the maximum sentence of life in prison.

As The Blast reported, Holder allegedly opened fire on Nipsey Hussle while the rapper was outside his clothing store in Los Angeles on Sunday.

He was apprehended two days later and held on a $7 million bond.
