Dennis D.J. Hernandez, the older brother of the deceased quarterback Aaron, seemingly has had enough. Last week, the former football player himself is blaming the media, starting with ESPN for ruining his family.

Last week, the 36-year-old rolled up to the ESPN studio in an Uber but he was turned away at the gate. That is when security claims to have seen an unidentified passenger get out of the uber, throw something, get back into the uber and drive off.

This incident took place on March 23 around 3 p.m. at the Bristol, Conn. campus. Oddly enough this incident took place shortly after the police were asked to perform a welfare check on D.J. after he allegedly made claims that he wanted to smash the windows at the State Capital and at ESPN.

When the cops were called they investigated the object in a white plastic bag. It was a brick with a note that read like a warning to all media outlets.

"To all media outlets, it's about time you all realeyes [sic] the affect media has on all family members. Since you're a world wide leader maybe you could lead how media and messages are delivered brick by brick. Clean it up!"

The note was signed, "Yours truly, Dennis J. Hernandez." The cops also shared that they spoke with the security guard who said he was "90 percent positive" that it was D.J. who threw the brick. They recognized him because he is also a former Division 1 football player.

When the cops finally contacted D.J., he admitted to being at ESPN but told the police he "didn't wish to speak about the incident."

The former football player was taken into custody for misdemeanor breach of peace hr was released and will appear in court next month to wrap this incident up. The police also informed D.J. that he was no longer allowed to show up to the ESPN campus and if he violated that, he could be arrested for trespassing.

D.J. "stated he understood." D.J. had been having a hard time with his mental health recently. On March 8, the police claimed they were attempting to stop D.J. while he was driving a Hyundai. At one point, he drove all over the grass fields in front of the Cheshire Correctional Institution.

He then raced through a red light instead of stopping for police, who signaled him to pull over. later on Terri Hernandez, D.J. and Aaron’s mom informed police her son had "been acting very strange and she believed he needed to be mentally evaluated at a hospital."

D.J. was taken down "after a brief foot chase." The police docs obtained by TMZ reflected that D.J. may be having a bipolar episode and also revealed that he was driving erratically all over Connecticut in an attempt to get arrested because "he no longer wanted to stay at his mom's house."
