The former business manager of the late Stan Lee copped a plea deal after being arrested and charged with filing a false police report over an alleged incident at Lee's house.
Keya Morgan pled no contest on Thursday to making a false report of an emergency. The three other charges he was facing were dropped.
He was given 12 months probation and must perform 100 hours of community service (he was already given credit for 20 hours).
In addition, court records indicate Morgan was "ordered not to call 911 unless for an actual emergency."
Morgan was arrested on June 11, 2018 after he allegedly fabricated two 911 calls, one claiming burglars had entered Lee’s home and locked everyone out of the house, and another claiming a security guard had committed assault with a deadly weapon.
A week later, an attorney for Stan Lee got a temporary restraining order against Morgan on behalf of the Marvel legend.
Morgan is currently involved in a lawsuit against The Hollywood Reporter over an article accusing him of elder abuse against Lee.
