Chris Brown Agrees to Allow Alleged Rape Victim to Inspect His L.A. Mansion

Chris Brown has agreed to let the woman suing him over an alleged rape that went down inside his home to come and inspect his mansion as part of the ongoing legal battle.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the woman suing as Jane Doe has reached a deal with Brown over the home inspection.
Doe is allowed to inspect the rooms she was in on the night in question (though she is allowed to inspect additional rooms if she recalls being in places not originally identified, though Brown has the right to object).
She will be present with two attorneys and a videographer, who will conduct an initial walkthrough with Brown's attorney, which cannot be videotaped. Then Doe must wait outside with one of her attorneys while her other attorney, her videographer and Brown's attorney conduct the inspection (which can be recorded, just without audio).
Brown is allowed to record the inspection as well, though he cannot record Doe's attorney or her videographer.
The court has given Doe two hours to complete the inspection.
Brown has been given permission to remove personal effects prior to the inspection and he will provide available dates for them to come. The inspection must be completed within 120 days.
As The Blast first reported, Doe claimed Brown wanted to record her during the inspection in an attempt to harass and intimidate her. He claimed it was for his home to be protected while she was there.
The woman was asking the judge allow her to inspect Brown’s L.A. home and for him to be prohibited him from taping her while she was at the location.
As we reported, the woman claims she ended up at Brown’s Tarzana home back in February 2017 after a night of clubbing. She claims the “Loyal” singer plied her with drugs like cocaine, Molly and marijuana before Grissom committed sexual assault.
The woman also claimed Brown was walking around brandishing firearms, including one that he allegedly carried in his waistband.
She sued seeking unspecified damages. Brown has denied all allegations of wrongdoing.
