Going into Fantasy Suite week on "The Bachelor", Zach Shallcrosss decided to make a "no sex" rule as he wanted to focus more on the emotional side of the relationships rather than the physical in an attempt not let things get messy one week before a potential engagement.

However, things did not go as planned as Shallcross broke his own rule, after having admitted to sleeping with Gabi Elnicki. Not only did he break his own rule, he then went on to "kiss and tell" as he opened up to host Jesse Palmer and another contestant, Kaity Biggar.

Now, "Bachelor In Paradise" star Wells Adams is slamming Zach Shallcross for the way he handled the situation.

As the "Bachelor" episode was airing, Wells Adams took to Instagram to share his thoughts on how everything went down.

"Okay, we're watching this Bachelor episode and Zach is going around telling everybody that, you know, he's not going to have sex during 'Sex Week,'" Wells said in his Instagram Stories. "And I figured out why it's weird. It's weird because it's something that he doesn't need to do on camera."

The 38-year-old continued, "There's the moment when they close the door and the cameras go away and he can be like, 'Hey, listen, I just don't want to have sex with anybody because I don't want to make things awkward.' No, it's awkward because you're telling everybody on camera! Okay?!"

The "Bachelor" lead informed the women of his "no sex" rule after they read the Fantasy Suite date card out loud, meaning they knew of the rule prior to heading into overnights.

In another Instagram Stories post, Adams' wife, "Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland, is heard saying, "He tells you that he doesn't want to have sex with you... how do you think she's going to react to that?"

Shallcross kept his rule in play during his first overnight date with Ariel Frenkel, but ended up breaking it during his second overnight with Gabi Elnicki. Not only did Shallcross go and tell host Jesse Palmer about having sex with Elnicki, but he also told one of the other women he is dating, Kaity Biggar.

"Now he's telling Jesse they had sex. Bro, kiss and tell much? You don't have to tell anybody!" Adams said via Instagram Stories.

Jesse Palmer Speaks Out On Shallcross’s Rule

“The Bachelor” host Jesse Palmer also spoke out on the “no sex” rule Shallcross put into place, not entirely agreeing with the rule.

“Zach puts some parameters around fantasy suites that he thinks is going to help him make his decision at the end of the day,” he said. “So Zach decides that he is not going to sleep with any of the three women, that he’s going focus on other means and ways of progressing his relationships, but things don’t exactly go that way.”

Although the former NFL quarterback understands where Shallcross’s rule was coming from, he admitted that “sometimes you can’t put boundaries” on the relationships because they have “to let these relationships progress however they unfold.”

“When Zach told me he wasn’t going have sex with any of the women, I was sort of like, ‘You’re going be able to do this? You’re gonna be tempted, you know, the fantasy suites are there for a reason.’ And sexual compatibility is a really big thing, especially if you’re gonna be getting down on a knee and asking someone to marry you. Also, what if the women want to have sex with you? You’re kind of taking it off the table. That was probably the most shocking [moment] because in all honesty, part of me kind of knew how it was going to end,” Palmer continued to explain.

“Zach, we know is extremely thoughtful. He has a very heavy conscience. So he’s going to have to navigate a lot in these final few weeks, and he hopefully won’t ruin it for himself,” the host of the show added.
