Emma shared a picture of a bouquet of pink and yellow flowers she received from a friend to celebrate her 14th wedding anniversary with her husband.  Opening up about the moving gesture in her caption, she wrote, "

Today marks 14 years of marriage to the greatest love of my life. I woke with my heart full but what my mind kept going back to was another person's act of kindness yesterday I wanted to share as it inspired the heck out of me."

Emma continued, "In passing at a school event for our children, I mentioned to my friend that our anniversary was tomorrow. Cut to, I get a text from my friend later that day that said she left "a little something" for me at my door. It was this sweet bouquet of flowers (pictured) with a note that said Happy Anniversary amongst other things."

The model then digressed further by revealing her struggles as she cared for her husband, who was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia in February 2023.

She added, "It got me thinking about how hard these types of 'special occasions' can be on caregivers. When usually our person would acknowledge the event, now their changing brains just can't. And that is what it is."

The model further wrote, "So my point is this. If you know someone that is looking after someone else, don't ask what you can do, just do. This random act of kindness will honestly stay with me for a long time." "I love you Juliya. You single handedly made this day special for us 💐💞 #randomactsofkindness #gratitude #friendship," Emma sweetly concluded.

Moved by her post, her followers trooped into her comment section to validate her words. One wrote, "Never a true word said having walked this path with my mum with FTD for over a decade when people say what do you need, what can I do, found it added to the stress. Random acts of kindness is the perfect support 💝."

Another added, "😍 thank you for this reminder to care for the caregivers ❤." A third fan gushed, "I love you both so much, I love kindness. I love this love. #321."

The model made a follow-up post, sharing a throwback video from exactly four years ago in 2019 when she and Bruce renewed their wedding vows to mark their 10th wedding anniversary.

The clip featured their two daughters, Mabel Ray, and Evelyn Penn, serving as flower girls, while Bruce's daughters, Scout and Rumer, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Demi Moore, sang and played the guitar at the ceremony.

The video also showed Stephen Eads, performing as the officiating minister while Moore served as the videographer, capturing the sweet moments.  In her caption, Emma reminisced about her 10th wedding anniversary in the same place she tied the knot with the "Die Hard" actor.

She noted that she would hold on to the memories for a lifetime. She added, "And we get to keep those memories safe and alive for the ones that might not be able to."
