Zach Braff Gets Comfy & Cozy On Dinner Date With Ex-Girlfriend's Family!

Zach Braff is inching his way back into Florence Pugh’s life.

The former couple has been turning heads in recent weeks. Earlier this month, Pugh and Braff reunited at the UK premiere of their film, “A Good Person.”

Braff wrote the screenplay for the film for his former girlfriend while they were living together during the lockdown.

The sitcom actor directed the film while Pugh was the star. They were all smiles on the red carpet and even posed together for photos.

Fast forward nearly two weeks later, and Braff is chumming it up with his ex’s family.

Over the weekend, the “Scrubs” actor was spotted grabbing dinner with Pugh’s mother, Deborah, father, Clinton, and her grandmother, Pat.

His friend Cary Brothers also joined the outing.

In the paparazzi photos, Braff looked like he was a family member.

You don’t typically see this kind of situation/relationship unless minor children are involved, and the ex-couple is co-parenting.

So, is this a sign the couple is rekindling their relationship?

It’s 50/50 at this point.

Speaking to VARIETY about his recent movie with his ex, “There was nothing to do other than to start a screenplay because that’s what I meant to do, that’s what I like to do, and I wanted to write something for Florence, and this is kind of what came out of me.”

Pugh agreed this movie, and her particular role, was perfect, given her ex-boyfriend “knows” her.

“He knows how I talk, he knows how I take the piss out of people and I think he just put that in his script and I was allowed to come and fill in where it was needed,” she told VARIETY. “But reading something that is dedicated for you written by someone who knows you so well is a wonderful gift.”

The very friendly exes broke up in 2022 after spending three years together. Their age difference was a massive point of contention for fans, leading Pugh to lash out at them.

“I have the right to hang out and be with and go out with anyone I want to,” she told ELLE UK in 2021.

Pugh later explained why the split in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar.

“We’ve been trying to do this separation without the world knowing because it’s been a relationship that everybody has an opinion on,” she said. “We just felt something like this would really do us the benefit of not having millions of people telling us how happy they are that we’re not together. So we’ve done that.”
