Britney Spears Goes Out for Froyo Amid Questioning of Treatment and Mental Health

12:01 PM PT -- Froyo sources tell us Britney ended up going with the plain tart ... no toppings.

Britney Spears and her team are making a very public push to show the singer is on the road to wellness, and took quick leave from her treatment facility to get some frozen yogurt.

Spears was wearing a white dress and sandals Tuesday afternoon when she walked into the froyo shop with a security guard and her handler. It's unclear what flavor of frozen treat she chose, but on the way out she thanked fans for telling her she looks great.

When asked if she wanted to give any messages to those wondering about her mental health treatment, the singer was silent. Minutes after the trip for frozen yogurt, however, Spears released a video on Instagram letting everyone know that "all is well."

The 37-year-old claimed she was doing fine, wanted to clear up any confusion and promised she would be back "very soon."

As we reported, Spears should be out of her treatment facility any day after she finishes completing the program. Her family and friends are focused on getting her healthy and keeping her from spinning out of control.
