'Bachelorette' Star Gabby Windey Spotted On Date With 'DWTS' Pro Dancer

Forget Vinny Guadagnino -- it looks like Gabby Windey may be dating someone else from "Dancing With the Stars".

Dating rumors are beginning to circulate after the former "Bachelorette" lead was spotted having dinner with "Dancing With the Stars" pro Alan Bersten.

According to PEOPLE, Windey and Bersten dined at Avra in Beverly Hills and left around 10 p.m. on Wednesday.

"They're both single. He wants to find love and so does she," a source told the outlet. "He asked her out. This is their first date. They haven't been out at all. He was so excited to take Gabby out. They grew really close while Gabby was on DWTS and they remained close. The hope for both of them is that something blossoms from this."

Another diner witnessed Windey and Bersten "constantly smiling and giggling" as they enjoyed their meal and champagne.

"Alan often leaned in close to Gabby, who was dressed casually in a white tee but dressed it up with a black skirt with a slit and heels with her hair half up and half down," the eyewitness said. "They sat outside at a private table. Gabby took her phone out to show Alan something and they both smiled."

"They were very engaged in each other's conversation," they continued to explain of the couple. "They ate fried zucchini chips and Gabby took photos of their food as Alan looked at her and smiled. They seemed very into one another."

Gabby Windey's partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, had to sit out for one week during the last season of the competition show after testing positive for COVID-19. Alan Bersten stepped in for Chmerkovskiy so Windey could still dance and compete -- which is when fans started to notice a possible chemistry between the two.

On an Instagram post from the "Dancing With the Stars" page of Windey and Bersten performing their Halloween-themed dance together, fans flooded the comments section, calling out the pair's chemistry, although they were not dating at the time as Windey was still engaged to Erich Schwer, who proposed to her on the "Bachelorette" live finale.

Windey and Bersten just wrapped up touring the United States on the "Dancing With the Stars" live tour, which Windey says has been so surreal.

"Going into our last day of tour filled with so many things - joy, fulfillment, a huge sense of accomplishment and love from this incredible family that I got to spend everyday with for the past 2.5 months," she wrote on Instagram. "I never thought I’d say it but I’m gonna miss it, and after tour my chapter with Dancing with the Stars feels so incredibly complete ❤️❤️❤️."

While on tour, the two were spotted having some fun in the sun alongside "Dancing With the Stars" pros Emma Slater and Gleb Savchenko. The group also visited Walt Disney World when they were in Florida, taking in the sights and sounds of Magic Kingdom.
