Jeffree Star Picks A Side In The Hailey Bieber-Selena Gomez Feud: 'Team Not Bullying Anyone'

Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez’s online feud isn’t ending anytime soon, and the list of defenders keeps growing! 

YouTuber Jeffree Star is the latest to join the conversation and he is vehemently voicing his support for Gomez.

The influencer, known for giving his blunt review on makeup products, declared his support for the Disney alum but not without throwing shade at Hailey.

In a recent TikTok clip, Star made it clear whose side he is on in the feud between Bieber and Gomez. In the video, the influencer gave a brutal review of Mrs. Bieber’s skincare brand, Rhode Beauty. 

The former singer-songwriter began the footage by addressing his vacation to Paris before adding that he is back to fully reviewing makeup products. He then waved a gray box of Hailey's products, pointing out that it came in the mail. 

Without further ado, the influencer reviewed the product as he opened it to show its content. An inlay card featuring a snap of the model in underwear with a bland expression on her face was seen. The 26-year-old model struck a pose beside large tubes of her product.

Star began dishing his two cents, saying, “Okay, so the packaging is so boring, and then I open it up and - girl - she literally looks like she wants to die. Like focus. Oh my god, that face is like, 'Why did I do this? Why did I create a skincare brand.'"

He continued referring to the model’s nepo-baby status as the daughter of famed Hollywood actor Stephen Baldwin. Star said, “So when you're privileged, and you use daddy's money, and you've never worked a day in your life, I guess this is what we're doing.”

The makeup artist then captured a view of the skin care bottles in the box, describing the bottles as “boring.” Star proudly declared, “In this house, we are team Selena, and we are team not bullying anyone. So we're going to skip today’s review.”

Following this admission, he moved to a pink trash can and attempted to dump the package. However, he stopped midway, saying, “oh wait, she doesn’t even deserve a pink trash can.” Instead, he took the package to a dull-colored trash can and dumped it there, saying, “and just like Shawn Mendes said, ‘Bye.’”

Star is the latest celebrity to join in on the online feud after Kylie Jenner joined last month. It all began when it was speculated that the Kylie Cosmetics founder threw a jab at the “Barney” star’s post.

Earlier, Gomez posted a beauty video on her TikTok saying, “I accidentally laminated my brows too much.” Shortly after, the “Life Of Kylie” star posted a snap of her eyebrows with the text, “this was an accident ?????” written on it.

Hailey seemingly joined her best pal in making fun of Gomez. She shared a screenshot of a FaceTime call with her bestie, showing off both women’s carefully groomed brows on camera.

As the feud heated and fans piled on Kylie for being a bully, the youngest of the Kar-Jenner clan claimed she and the actress said they were cool. “This is reaching. no shade towards Selena ever and i didn’t see her eyebrow posts!” Kylie added, “u guys are making something out of nothing. this is silly.”

Gomez followed suit, addressing the rumor saying, “Agreed @kyliejenner. It’s all unnecessary. I’m a fan of Kylie!”

However, things further escalated when Gomez saw a former video of Hailey dissing Taylor Swift and the former Disney alum came to her best friend's defense. Things spiraled out of control, causing the "OMITB" star to declare she was leaving TikTok, resulting in intense anger at Hailey and Kylie by the Selenators

Unsurprisingly, while most people picked sides on the online drama, Hailey's husband, Justin Bieber, is reportedly firmly on her side. Justin seemingly shaded the “Wizards of Waverly Place” actress with a cryptic message.

As we reported, the “Boyfriend” hitmaker during his 29th birthday bash had seemingly shaded his ex with the souvenirs he gifted the attendees. The souvenir had the words, “I’m so thankful that I didn’t end up with what I thought I wanted,” engraved on them. Fans quickly surmised that the gift was an intended jab at the Disney star and bashed Justin for it.

One fan said, “This is so petty, I mean if that’s the way you and your wife feel keep that petty shit to yourself lol, and please, you don’t have to mention somebody’s name or say ‘who’ to understand exactly what they talking abt.”

Another follower commented, “He seems very controlled and brainwashed just sayin,” while a third wrote, “This gift says ‘still living in the past’ to me.”
