'Southern Charm' Star Thomas Ravenel Accuses Ex Kathryn Dennis of Letting New Boyfriend Take Care of Their Kids

"Southern Charm" star Thomas Ravenel says his baby mama Kathryn Dennis is a hypocrite for trying to keep his new girlfriend from seeing their kids, accusing her of letting her new man care for their kids.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Ravenel is firing back at Dennis' recent attempt to get immediate primary custody.
Recently, Dennis filed docs seeking a temporary court order that would grant her primary custody, with him only having visitation, and also asked for Ravenel to be restrained from drinking around the kids.
Dennis also asked for child support (above the normal guideline) and for his new girlfriend, Ashley Jacobs, to not be allowed around their kids nor to post photos of them on social media.
In his docs, Ravenel says the recent motion seeking temporary orders is nonsense, saying nothing has changed recently. He wants the judge to shut down her request to keep Ashley away from the kids. He says the request is only meant to harass and try to control his personal life, accusing her of having a history of jealousy.
He points out that Dennis is the one in active violation of the order, claiming her boyfriend stays overnight with her on a frequent basis while she has custody of their kids. Ravenel even says she lets him take care of their kids alone.

Ravenel also wants Dennis to pay him child support, claiming she makes six-figures per year.
In the docs, he accuses her of disparaging them to their kids by telling the oldest he wanted to hurt and kill their mom.
He is asking the court to deny Dennis' motion for primary custody and wants her visitation time cut down, along with suspending her visitation completely until her new boyfriend moves out of the home. He says random drug testing may be needed for Dennis too.
Back in November 2018, Thomas Ravenel filed a lawsuit against Bravo and “Southern Charm” producers demanding a judge stop them from broadcasting unaired footage on the show.
Ravenel filed the docs as part of his custody battle with Dennis. She filed for primary custody of the children back in October.
Dennis had her custody taken away in 2016 after failing a drug test but was awarded joint custody this year after completing rehab and staying clean.
In his suit against Bravo, Ravenel says the network and “Southern Charm” producers “encouraged” his ex to file for custody against him to create drama on the show. He is demanding Dennis not be awarded primary custody despite her request.
Ravenel, who is about to be on trial for an alleged sexual assault in South Carolina, claimed he learned that Bravo and producers have unaired footage of his kids and ex talking about the legal battle and it was to be aired on the upcoming season.
The reality star sued demanding a South Carolina judge prohibit the sensitive footage from airing on the show.
Thomas Ravenel would later file docs accusing Dennis of buying drugs from friends and show producers and even accused her of committing a hit-and-run.
Dennis fired back denying the allegations and demanded the lawsuit be dismissed. She accused him of past drug use and claimed he hired a private eye to follow her allegedly in violation of the restraining order in place.
The custody battle is ongoing.
