Kylie Jenner Hashing Out Settlement with Makeup Company Over Kylie Cosmetics Beef

Kylie Jenner is trying to bring an end to the lawsuit accusing her of ripping off another cosmetics company with her makeup line.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Kylie and Sheree Cosmetics are about to start exchanging confidential information in hopes they can settle the case privately.

Kylie clearly is trying to end the beef quickly and figure out a resolution to the claims against her.(

Last year, Kylie and her Kylie Cosmetics were sued by Sheree Cosmetics for allegedly ripping off their "Born to Sparkle" line of products.

Sheree Cosmetics claimed they had already been hawking makeup under the same “Born to Sparkle” name since 2017 (Kylie started selling hers the following year) and also claimed the reality star ripped them off, even used similar packaging and colors.

Sheree Cosmetics sued Kylie demanding unspecified damages plus and an injunction demanding the court stop the reality star from continuing to sell her line.
