The mother of David Eason's son is worried that more dogs will die at the hands of her baby daddy, so she is publicly supporting a petition to remove the animal ASAP.

Olivia Leedham is trying to get people to sign a Change.org petition to get animal control in Columbus County to take away another dog she believes is living at Eason's home.

The 25-year-old mother of Eason's son, Kaden, signed the petition and posted the link on her Facebook while saying, "Is going to get away with KILLING an innocent animal?!"

Eason has shown off a Pit Bull on social media, Jax, and Leedham believes the animal is in immediate danger. The petition, started by the Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation, has already amassed close to 60,000 signatures.

"This dog needs to be taken from him, and animal cruelty charges filed for this brutal killing of Nugget. We need to send a message to others and those who think behavior like this is acceptable, that it is not," the petition reads.

Jenelle Evans, however, does not agree with the petition or the show of support from her husband's baby mama.

"Olivia Leedham when's the last time you went to AA?" Evans asked on Facebook shortly after Leedham showed support for the petition.

Interestingly enough, Eason was also in a New Hanover courtroom with Leedham earlier in the day after failing to pay up on over $5,000 in back child support. He ended up coming up with the money and paid the debt he owed.

As we reported, there is currently a joint investigation being conducted by the Columbus County Sheriff's Office and Columbus County Animal Control into the alleged abuse and killing of nugget.

Sources close to the situation told us Eason was covered in blood after brutally killing Nugget, and everyone in the house was terrified after the incident.
