Brooke Shields claims she was shocked to find an eyebrow pencil was being sold with her name on it — and she had nothing to do with the product — and now she's suing the cosmetics company behind it and a slew of retailers who sell it.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Shields claims she was shopping earlier this year when she stumbled upon an eyebrow pencil made by the company Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. The pencil was titled "Brow Lift" and she claims it is being sold in a shade labeled "Brooke S."

"Tilbury named the Product after Shields hoping to capitalize on Sheilds' iconic eyebrows," she argues.

In the lawsuit, Shields claims her "bold eyebrows have been the trademark of her look and a target for endorsements and collaborations." She claims she spent two years working with MAC to develop their Icon collection and says she has invested time and resources "investigating and developing potential opportunities to create her own cosmetics line with an emphasis on eyebrow-enhancing products."

She claims the unauthorized use of her name on the product "interferes with Shields' ability to market a cosmetics line created and/or properly endorsed by Shields."

Brooke Shields is suing Charlotte Tilbury — as well as Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdale's, J.C. Penny, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Sephora — to stop the sale of the product.

She is also seeking unspecified damages.

Shields' attorney, Alex Weingarten of Venable LLP, tells The Blast, “This is an egregious violation of Brooke’s rights, which we will litigate vigorously to vindicate."
