Sources inside the deals tell us, many high-profile buyers looking for a home in the city have been working with Mark and his team to find properties that offer everything you would expect from a dream home in Dubai. Of course, Mark was not available to comment on this due to the NDAs attached to each purchase. But, sources close to the situation have confirmed more celebrities are in town still looking at homes in the city.
So why rush to buy property in Dubai?
Well, one of the reasons might just have to do with how much the Government takes from the rich and famous.
Celebrities are apparently attracted to the Tax-free living attached to the deal. That’s right, the tax structure is very different in this area — which equates to tons of savings.
