She is wearing a blue dress with separate sleeves that trail all the way down past her hands. She has one arm crossed over her middle, hiding her toned abs from view.
The top of the dress is a blue halter top that features thin blue straps wrapping around her neck and the center of her chest. The bottom of the dress featured a ruffled hem that dropped just to her upper thighs. Mikayla wore her long blonde hair straight for this photo shoot as she smoldered for the camera.
