Model Megan Pormer Signs Massive Talk Show TV Deal With 'Play.Works'

Supermodel Megan Pormer is taking her career to a whole new level after signing a massive television deal with a streaming service that will host her talk show, 'The Megan Pormer Show.'
We're told Pormer is joining a grip of YouTube stars and other influencers to monetize their content on the booming world of Connected TV.
Many of the biggest stars in Hollywood are leaving their traditional television outlets and getting their content directing distributed with exploding platforms like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. But, with the market quickly getting bigger, in walks 'Play.Works.' They have quickly become the world’s largest influencer and video game network on Connected TV, reaching over 200 million viewers globally.
And, they are taking a shot with one of the most talked-about new talents in the game...Megan Pormer.

As you know, Megan Pormer is a talk show host, supermodel, and influencer who interviews some of the biggest social media influencers and Hollywood players.
The talk show host has interviewed the likes of Adam W, celebrity fashion designer Michael Costello, and Kardashian make-up artist Hrush.
“The Megan Pormer Show is the first talk show ever centered around creators. Megan really personifies the Play.Works vision of bringing the new Tik Tok, YouTube, and gamer stars to TV,” said Jonathan Boltax, CEO of Play.Works.
Adding, “The viewership for Connected TV had been growing steadily for a while, and in 2020 it really took off, everyone is hungry for more content to watch and all our content is ad-supported, so it’s free.”

Connected TV boasts moving into this new frontier with Annoying Orange (10.5 million subscribers), The King of Random (12.5 million), and The Eh Bee Family (9.2 million) all distributing with Play.Works.
Megan's show will join over 100 other creators on the network. In addition to its AVOD channels, Play.Works has over 100 games, built specifically for Connected TV using their proprietary SDK and framework.
As we reported, Pormer made national headlines after her Grammy Awards red carpet appearance wearing a dress with the slogan, "No War." The dress has also had a heart emblazoned across the front with one word "Iran."
On the carpet, Megan spread her arms revealing wings made out of both the United States and Iranian flags stitched together.
