One Canadian model who goes by the name Mary Sebastian Pickles Magdalene on Instagram earned her nickname the “Uniboob Queen” after one of her 38J implants burst earlier this year.
Although she has had many cosmetic surgeries in the past, the Instagram model decided to have another one: reducing the size of her chest and dropping twenty pounds in the process!

On Saturday, TMZ reported that Mary underwent breast reduction surgery and traded out her massive 5,000cc implants for ones that were only 700cc. Without her large implants, she has dropped over twenty pounds of weight!
Earlier this year, one of her 38J implants popped and left her with only one 11-pound breast that she referred to as the “uni-boob.” After experiencing breast reduction surgery, she says that she is now sporting a C cup.
Although some followers might question why she wanted to get more implants after what she had just been through, Mary told TMZ that her breast tissue was actually so damaged that she has no tissue left from her natural breasts.
That wasn’t the only work that Mary had done. In addition to her breast reduction, plastic surgeons also reportedly performed a lift and liposuction in addition to the implant exchange. Unfortunately, it seems that the recovery from her latest plastic surgery was not so swift.
In fact, she revealed that she got an infection, suffered from a fever, and needed to take antibiotics through an IV. Fortunately, she is feeling better now, although there was one other thing that she wanted to let her followers know.
The model previously underwent surgery to have the “world’s fattest vagina.” Apparently, things weren’t working out for her so well, as she recently had a vagina reduction. Mary told TMZ that she no longer claims to have the “world’s fattest vagina” after her latest surgery.
Although Mary has had over 50 surgeries and spent well over $100,000 dollars on plastic surgeries to make changes to her body, she has no plans to stop any time soon. Although she plans to leave her breasts alone for now, she is looking forward to having more work done on her face, including her cheeks and her lips.
It’s not clear when she will get those procedures done, but it looks like she doesn’t plan to stop having plastic surgery any time in the near future. In fact, in a previous interview with the outlet, the Canadian model compared her plastic surgery “hobby” to athletes competing in extreme sports.

In another interview with TMZ at the beginning of February, Mary was not afraid to show off her one-sided chest as she talked about her many plastic surgeries. Although some have questioned her mental health on social media, the social media sensation insists that she is not mentally ill. In fact, she views her plastic surgery as something more like a hobby.
The Canadian model revealed that she had her first plastic surgery when she was only 18 years old. After twelve years, she has had countless procedures that have completely changed the look of her body and face.
She compared her “hobby” to athletes doing “extreme sports.” Although athletes are trying to beat their scores or previous record, she went bigger and more extreme with each of her injections, implants, and other surgeries.
Now that her 38J implant exploded, however, Mary is opting for a more “natural” look with a C cup. Although she said that she was happy with her extreme body modifications over the years, she is looking to return to a more “natural” body shape. At the time, Mary told TMZ that she planned to go to Brussels for her breast reduction, which would have cost her about $33,000.
Although some of her followers weren’t a fan of her uni-boob, there were some who embraced it.
In one Instagram post, where Mary decided that she was “embracing” her uniboob, a former soldier and Playboy cover model Kindly Myers commented, “You’re amazing! Only you can make uniboob hot!”
