The drama continues among the cast of "Vanderpump Rules" as Scheana Shay is clearing the air about Raquel Leviss' punch claims!

The former has been a prominent figure on "Vanderpump Rules" since its debut in 2013, while Leviss joined the show in its sixth season as the girlfriend of cast member James Kennedy. The pair stayed friends on the show with some disagreements here and there, but now there might be a rift in their relationship after the latest physical abuse allegation brought forward against Shay.

Scheana Shay Denies Raquel Leviss' Allegations of Violence

Shay has denied allegations that she physically assaulted her co-star. It is no news that Leviss recently claimed she punched her during a dispute, resulting in a black eye.

The 37-year-old's lawyer, Neama Rahmani, has stated that "the judge has only heard a one-sided account of what happened" after Leviss was granted a temporary restraining order against Shay.

According to a statement given to PEOPLE, Rahmani, who is the President of West Coast Trial Lawyers, is refuting the allegations from Leviss and calls the entire case a "fabrication" by someone who has a history of dishonesty and betrayal.

Additionally, he denied the claim that his client Shay punched the former pageant queen, adding, "The supposed dark markings around her left eye have been there for months." The statement also revealed that neither Shay nor other cast members wished to have any further involvement with Leviss.

The case is set to be heard in court on March 29, and Rahmani expressed a desire to present the complete and accurate story at that time, indicating that the judge has thus far only heard one side of the story.

As you might know, the whole drama in "VPR" started when Tom Sandoval and Leviss were alleged to have been in an affair, resulting in his ended relationship with longtime partner Ariana Madix.

While appearing on "Watch What Happens Live" with Andy Cohen, Leviss defended her decision to kiss Tom Schwartz, the best friend and business partner of her alleged lover, Tom Sandoval. The episode was filmed on the same night Leviss suffered a black eye allegedly at the hands of Shay.

After the taping, she reportedly confessed the truth about her affair with the entrepreneur to the "Summer House" guest actress, which infuriated her. A source revealed that the star and other cast members of "Vanderpump Rules" were shocked by Leviss's actions and could not believe she could do such a thing.

The scandalous affair led to the creation of the moniker "Scandoval." By March 4, the close relationship between that "Single Siblings" guest star and the younger reality TV personality reportedly fell apart.

According to legal documents, the star filed a temporary restraining order against her co-star Scheana Shay in Los Angeles County Courts. The documents suggest that the situation between the duo may have turned physical, and according to The Blast, the pictures are brutal.

The model was granted a temporary restraining order against the "Noches con Platanito" guest star by the Los Angeles Superior Court. The former "Miss Sonoma County" alleged that she suffered injuries during an altercation with the actress that took place at around 1:30 a.m. last Thursday.

Leviss claimed that the singer pushed her against a brick wall, causing an injury to the back of her head, and then punched her in the face, resulting in a black eye, cut/scar to her left eyebrow, blurred vision, and swelling to her left eye. She also alleged that the mother-of-one showed no remorse for her actions after hearing from their friends. She said:

"Currently, mutual friends and coworkers are telling me she doesn't regret the physical attack on me and would do it again if she found that further emotional distress was caused to our mutual friend."

Apparently, Madix found out about Sandoval's infidelity when his phone fell out of his pocket while he was performing at his restaurant "TomTom." Things reportedly blew up after she picked it up and found an intimate video from the 28-year-old to her former beau.

She also took legal action over the X-rated video on March 7, preventing the spread of the clip by her "Vanderpump Rules" co-stars.
