Nicola Peltz Dad Disgusted Rogue Wedding Planners Are Talking Smack About The Bride

Nicola Peltz’s dad, Nelson, is sick of their fired wedding planners attempting to make his daughter look bad and her wedding sound like a torture project.

Nelson is currently embroiled in a legal battle with Plan Design Events (PDE) run by Nicole Braghin and Arianna Grijalba. The billionaire is hoping to get his $159,000 deposit security deposit back from the women who didn’t complete the job.

However, he is taking a moment to sidenote and asked the women to stop making his daughter and her wedding look bad. He claims they offered “no services of value” and now they are shining an “extremely negative light” on his daughter.

This is the latest filing from Nelson and it’s also separate from the other case regarding his security deposit. Hey, if you have the time and money… why not?

The billionaire filed new paperwork on Wednesday where he claims that he is justified in wanting a refund and feels no way about it. Nelson is responding to the party planners filing their own case against him “asking for even more money for services that Defendants did not provide,” and Nelson believes that he is currently embroiled in a “good old-fashioned shakedown.”

In the filing the party planners name Nicola and her mom Claudia Peltz a former model. He maintains that the planners were only in business with him, essentially having no reason to name his wife and newlywed daughter.

A source shared with Page Six, “Plan Design Event’s decision to target Nicola in her first year of marriage is nothing short of deplorable, especially when the facts show that she had nothing to do with the agreements made with [them].”

The Page Six source went on to share that Nelson is a doting dad to Nicola, his only daughter, and will do what is needed to protect her.

“Nelson is not a litigious man … he has not sued anyone in 15 years. But when it comes to his daughter, he will protect her always … He is a loving father who signed a contract with a group that couldn’t live up to the experience they sold him.”

Nelson also mentioned that he had to hire yet another wedding planner to make his daughter’s day everything she wanted, forcing him to fork out more moolah for the special day. Michelle Rago of Michelle Rago Destinations, came in to save the day, she specializes in celebrity weddings.

“Despite the issues, they were able to pull off a once-in-a-lifetime wedding for [Peltz’s] daughter.”

The main issue with the wedding planners of PDE was the guestlist. It caused quite a stir and no one was able to pin down who had RSVP’d and who didn’t. The issue got so out of control that Nicola was forced to catch an attitude with the planners via text because she supposedly caught them in lies about the guestlist.

The planners blamed everything from “software” issues to “accidentally pulling the wrong information” to cover up for mistakes and tasks that hadn’t been dealt with.

The women are countersuing and not returning the money because they “attempted every which way to get Nicola and Claudia to review the guest lists, but they simply would not cooperate … [yet] Nicola repeatedly demanded live updates regarding guest RSVPs.”

Therefore, feel entitled to keep the security deposit. This lawsuit is ever developing.
