Brittany Mahomes Pokes Fun At Attending Tennis Game With Daughter: 'Not The Brightest Idea'

Brittany Mahomes admitted to a parenting failure when she and her husband, Patrick Mahomes, went to the Indian Wells Masters tennis contest with their toddler, Sterling.

Evidently, the Mahomes are still enjoying the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl win on February 13. The American Football royalty adds a whole new meaning to celebration each time they step out since that historic Disneyland family trip they made hours after the football team claimed their second Super Bowl title.

Taking to Instagram, the 27-year-old shared a couple of snapshots of them in their sporting outfits, posing under the Californian sun. However, her caption for the stunning pics conveyed that they made a mistake in bringing along her two-year-old daughter. She wrote:

"Brought a toddler to a Professional Tennis Match today, not the brightest idea ??."

Sure enough, her fans had some empathy and shared similar tales. One Instagram user replied, "We tried bowling last month—also not a bright idea!" Another user added that this would be the scenario wherever kids went, commenting: "Taking a toddler anywhere has the same effect."

Meanwhile, a third fan wrote, "I took my toddler to a royals game and that was also a bad idea lol I didn't get to see the game but he had fun running up and down that car ramp. GO ROYALS!'"

A fourth user commented, "I raised four kids. My motto, 'Parenting is make it up as you go!'" Speaking on the mischief of children, a fifth commentator penned, "Aww, toddlers often have their own little plans. ? You just never know how they will do until you experience it!"

As many parents know, taking a toddler anywhere would mean sitting still for a prolonged time and being less attentive to the event. To this point, Brittany's fifteen-second clip shows the little child having a moment. The unbothered toddler seems to be only interested in playing with sunglasses. Her mother, who is less focused on the game, interacts with her.

While this outing was not enjoyable for the Kansas City royalty, The Blast recently reported on their lovey-dovey basketball hangout. The mama bear shared an image of herself and her man sitting at a basketball game.

She donned a black leather jacket, pink baggy pants, and sneakers in the photo. Her accessories consist of diamond rings, a necklace, and hand chains. Completing the look, Brittany rocked blonde hair with good makeup, befitting the occasion.

Sitting by his wife, the NFL star styled in dusty ripped denim with white sneakers. He wore a black and white hoodie over a plain white shirt and accessories his outfit with a silver wristwatch and hand chain.

The post attracted numerous complimentary comments from fans. One person wrote, "That's our MVP and his Queen ?? Power couple!" Another fan stated, "Perfect couple!!!" "Awesome pic, awesome couple..happiness looks good on you both ❤️," a long-time fan wrote.

Matthews Mahomes' admittance on social media comes a few months after she got candid about mothering two children. The former soccer player shares two children, Sterling and Bronze, with quarterback Patrick Mahomes. 

As reported by The Blast, when she experienced the "first day of chaos," the mama bear had to explain her ordeal to her Twitter followers, who offered advice on managing the situation.

She tweeted, "Today is my first day of chaos since having 2 kids [rolling on the floor laughing and mind blown emojis] both screaming, both not wanting to nap [smiley emoji]." The tweet garnered over three thousand likes and fans were cheering and encouraging her to enjoy the cherishable moments underneath the post.

Disclosing more about the "chaos," the hardworking businesswoman shared a short clip on her Instagram Story featuring herself and her daughter in a kitchen. The little girl was placed on the counter and wore a soiled outfit. As she reached to touch the device, her mother made funny faces in the background.
