Cole Sprouse admits he’s a people pleaser.

During his sit-down interview with Alex Cooper on this week’s episode of “Call Her Daddy,” the former Disney Channel star opened up about his past relationships, losing his virginity and the lessons he’s learned after splitting from Lili Reinhart.

The couple met on the set of “Riverdale” back in 2017, but they wouldn’t go public with it until 2018 at the Met Gala.

They dated on-and-off until officially splitting in 2020.

However, before Reinhart there was some “older girl” he met while on a family vacation in Florida that would introduce him to his sexual identity.

“You wanna hear about how I lost my virginity? This is such a great story. I feel like it says so much about me. Um, I was 14 when I lost my virginity. So, this is still bull-cut era. I was on a family trip in Florida and um, I met this girl who was older, so that’s already dubious. The first night we kinda made out,” he said.

Sprouse knows wholeheartedly how cringey the entire encounter, interaction and story is.

“It’s so cringey, it makes me nervous. We were down at the beach and I like knocked on her hotel door, she came out and we went down to the beach. We were on chaise lounges. I looked at her and my heart was like beating, and I finally mustered up enough courage to deliver a line my brother has never, ever let me live down. I looked at her and said, ‘So, uh, are you like DTF?’ and she goes, ‘What?’”

He proceeded to explain to her what ‘DTF’ stood for, “Down To F**k.”

Sprouse admitted he lasted about “20 seconds and never talked to her again.”

“After that I truly became a serial monogamist. A serial monogamist. I went from long-term relationship to long-term relationship,” the 30-year-old said.

Despite his overnight fame as an adult actor on “Riverdale,” Sprouse said he’s never been the “one night stand” kind of guy.

However, he did say he’s been cheated on by “almost every single one of my girlfriends.”

The “Six-feet Apart” actor said it was mostly emotional cheating that took place, but his first girlfriend physically cheated on him.

He found out about the emotional cheating through text messages.

“I’ve come to terms with my own inability to be emotionally vulnerable over time. I literally don’t blame any of my partners for anything that has happened. Ever, ever, ever. I think it takes two to tango in every relationship that you’re in,” Sprouse explained.

Cooper then asked, “If all your exes were in this room right now at this time, what would they say about you?”

Without missing a beat, he admittedly said, “That probably most of my relationships had a stronger sexual foundation than emotional foundation.”

Of course, this led Cooper into the topic of Sprouse dating his “Riverdale” co-star, Reinhart.

A Lot Of Damage Was Done, But They're Friends Now

When asked about navigating their breakup, he explained it was really hard to navigate it given they were still co-workers.

“I think the work thing got difficult, because it was hard to suspend all of the way we felt about each other, and it didn’t afford us the luxury of distance to really overcome that. Um, I know we both did quite a bit of damage to each other,” Sprouse noted. “We’re good friends now. We work really well together now.”

He continued to express his feelings about the relationship and how they were both able to lean on one another.

“I think we did the best we could. Really, I do. I’m very grateful in very many ways that I was able to go through it with someone going through the exact same circumstances as me, but also in very many ways, the cliches about dating someone you work with are true,” he said before adding, “Had I loved myself a little bit more, I would’ve left a little bit earlier.”

Sprouse added the breakup was a mutual decision; however, he was the one to initiate the breakup.

"I left. I did, yes, I left. But, to be honest... when you're in a relationship that long and someone leaves, it's not like someone is like, 'WHAT?!?' It's not a surprise," Sprouse explained.
