Carrie Underwood, Kelsea Ballerini Among Nominees For 2023 CMT Music Awards

Country music's biggest night is back!

The 2023 CMT Music Awards are set to air on Sunday, April 2 with Kelsea Ballerini and Kane Brown returning to co-host the big event.

Both Ballerini and Brown are up for nominations at this year's 2023 CMT Awards, along with other music sensations including "God's Country" singer Blake Shelton, "Before He Cheats" singer Carrie Underwood, Grammy-Award winning band Little Big Town, "American Idol" judge Luke Bryan, "Blue Ain't Your Color" singer Keith Urban, and singer/songwriter Lainey Wilson, who actually has the most CMT Music Awards nominations this year with a total of four.
