Michele Sullivan, star of the upcoming Las Vegas real estate series, "Selling Summerlin," is getting some recognition for being one of the top agents in town. Sullivan is featured as one of the Industry Leaders for the February 2021 issue of Modern Luxury Vegas Magazine.

Consistently placing #1 in her office at Berkshire Hathaway has brought a lot of attention to the agent as she continues to grow her real estate empire, which includes multi-million dollar properties and extremely high-profile clients.

In her interview with Modern Luxury Vegas Magazine, Michele Sullivan explains how she is changing the luxury real estate experience with "cutting-edge software and technology to utilize the power of social media" while creating virtual home tours that entice both buyers and sellers.

"Nobody in Vegas is doing this and I like being ahead of the curve," Sullivan told the magazine in an interview.

She added, "I want to tweak it and make it fresh and fun again."

Along with working as a real estate mogul, Michele Sullivan is one of the stars of an upcoming reality series based on the competitive world of luxury real estate in Las Vegas. "Selling Summerlin," named after the upscale suburban community in Sin City, is being produced by the creators of VH1's "Love & Listings."

Michele will be showcased as she competes for multi-million dollar listings and caters to high-profile clients, like the NHL stars of the Las Vegas Golden Knights.
