Gymnast Simone Biles Wears 'Tequila Kills' Shirt After Getting Crazy With Cocktails

Never mock the power of a cocktail! That's something that Simone Biles apparently learned the hard way!

The Olympic champion shared a powerful message on her t-shirt on February 7. Biles posted a pic in a chic, wide-brimmed red hat and a graphic tee that had "Tequila Kills" written on it. The funny shirt pic comes just days after she bragged about making delicious margaritas. Simone looked stunning as always and definitely not hungover and she made a point to convey that she is not a tequila quitter in the caption of her post.

Earlier this week, Simone raved about her rim job... the tajin rim job on her glass, of course! She celebrated "Tequila Tuesday" by downing a few margaritas. Can you feel the heartburn already?!

Biles and her Houston Texans boyfriend, Jonathan Owens, have been living it up food-wise since the NFL season ended. In addition to homecooked meals, the duo has apparently been enjoying some tasty cocktails too.

Even though the gymnast was amused by the warning that her shirt offered, she made sure to note that she enjoys a few drinks every now and again.

"tequila kills the boredom," she wrote alongside the cool pic.

Most of her followers loved the look but there were a few salty followers that weighed in with their opinions. "Promoting drinking is not what an athlete should do," one opinionated fan commented. Others expressed their concern about the Oylimpic games. "damn i hope simone is still training for the Olympics." a follower wrote before Biles quickly responded, "no worries, I still am ?."

Simone and Jonathan's relationship stood up to the national TV test in January. The gymnast appeared on "The Today Show" via Zoom to be interviewed about the delayed Olympic games by Hoda Kotb. The enthused host seemed more focused on Simone's "cute" boyfriend.

"He's a real man," Biles said when asked why they are so good together. "I love him, we have a great time together. Our personalities match right up, we have the same sense of humor, and he's just great!"
