Britney Spears’ little sister Jamie Lynn Spears spoke out about her own struggle in front of the cameras just hours prior to the FX premiere of “Framing Britney Spears.” The 29-year-old addressed the toxicity she’s experienced with shutterbugs in the past, remembering one incident she recalls being the “happiest day” of her life.

Despite keeping a much lower profile than her famous singing sister, the “Zoey 101” star said she too experienced being photographed through the highs of lows of her life.

Taking to her social media ahead of the weekend, the mom of two dropped three sets of paparazzi shots from February 10, 2017, showing her leaving the hospital hand-in-hand with her daughter, Maddie, who’s now 12-year-old. Commemorating the day she brought her little girl home after nearly a week in the hospital following an ATV accident, Jamie Lynn Spears remembered the feeling of walking out of the facility to find paparazzi waiting to get the first shot of their exit. Scroll to read Jamie Lynn’s thoughts on the matter.

Jamie Lynn Spears’ thoughts on the shutterbugs mirror Britney Spears’ own experience, which she, ironically, made clear just hours before her sister’s New York Times Presents exposé about the highs and lows of the “Oops!… I Did It Again” singer’s life aired. In the photos, the former Nickelodeon star was seen walking alongside Maddie exiting the hospital into the parking lot after her scary nearly week-long stay.

Keeping it casual and wearing nothing on her feet but socks for their departure, Jamie Lynn Spears didn’t hold back on her experience that day. Keep scrolling!

“I may be wearing hospital socks, since I didn’t have shoes, and someone else’s clothes, but I was walking out of that hospital with way more than I had going in, I had a healthy baby girl and nothing else mattered,” Jamie Lynn Spears wrote. See the shots here! Telling her fans that she’s never taken Maddie’s health for granted after that day, Britney Spears’ little sister addressed the paparazzi who caught the moments outside of the hospital.

“Yeah, it’s pretty f’d up that the media would have someone outside the hospital just waiting to get a glimpse into those awful days, but instead they got these pictures of one of our happiest days,” Jamie Lynn Spears wrote. “Framing Britney Spears” aired hours later on Friday, February 10 on FX.
