Tense Moment On 'The View' As Joy Behar CUTS OFF Ana Navarro For Asking THIS Question

Joy Behar has once again snapped out in frustration at one of her colleagues. "The View" fans have witnessed the tv personality getting irritable around her colleagues in recent weeks.

This time, the Behar came after co-host Ana Navarro after she had asked a producer on the show to give his view on a topic.

Behar, elsewhere in the show, also acted snappily at Navarro after she wasted time discussing with the show's guest when it was time for a commercial break.

During a recent episode of "The View," Behar wasn't cool with her colleague Navarro asking a producer a question during the live broadcast, per The Sun.

The duo and other co-hosts debated whether it was cultural appropriation when non-Indians wore Saris to Indian weddings.

It all started when Navarro revealed that she was going to her first Indian wedding, adding that she was informed that they were extravagant.

Sunny Hostin then recommended that she knew where Navarro could rent an outfit, while Behar steered the discussion towards the controversial narrative.

Behar said, "Ana brings up a good point, she doesn't know if it's cultural appropriation to wear a sari to an Indian wedding," to which Hostin responded, "Not if they request it."

Rather than respond personally, Navarro asked the audience and one of the show's producers for their views.

She said, "How do we feel? If I wear a sari is it cultural appropriation, Brian?" Sara Haines and Behar, who weren't comfortable having that chat, abruptly cut it off.

Haines said, "Why are you asking Brian?" while Behar remarked, "What are you asking him for?"

While it's unclear why Behar snapped out in frustration at Navarro, she did so again elsewhere in the episode.

This occurred as the hosts were chatting with "Top Chef's" Gail Simmons about her exciting travel schedule ahead of the show's upcoming new season.

At the time, Behar loudly interrupted Navarro as she attempted to end the interview and go on a commercial.

The former had said to Gail. "By the way, I want you to invite me when you go to Spain." In response, Gail said, "I'm in."

Seemingly miffed by Navarro's action, Behar looked to the producers, rolled her eyes, and motioned angrily toward her co-host.

She followed up the gesture by snapping fiercely at the panel, adding, "We gotta go!"

Behar has always been known for her opinionated view on the show, which has sometimes produced shocking moments.

Recently, she sided with Marjorie Taylor Greene after the congresswoman said she was accosted by an "insane" woman while dining in a restaurant.

"I don't believe that anybody should be going up to any of us in public and harassing us, and that goes for you too, Marjorie," Behar said during a recent episode, per Daily Mail.

However, Behar pointed out that Greene was effectively condemning someone for doing something she had been accused of.

She added, "She does this, and now it's been done to her,' she said. 'I have to say I think it's deplorable that anybody would do anything like that, including her and the person who did that to her."

The tv-personality recently informed viewers that "The View" will also include a weekly segment called "Joy's Banned Book Club," which, as the name implies, will be a review of books deemed unsuitable for reading.

She shared that the first book to be discussed would be the 2005 children's book And Tango Makes Three, written by Justin Richardson and Peter Parnell.

"This is not some kinky Shades of Grey for penguins," Behar said at the time, per Deadline. "It's a sweet, graceful way to introduce children to the concept of acceptance of same-sex relationships and non-traditional families."

Behar also mentioned that more than 2,500 books were banned in more than 5,000 schools last year, including well-known titles like The Catcher in the Rye, Of Mice and Men, and To Kill a Mockingbird.
