'Peloton' Star Cody Rigsby Reveals He's Suffering From COVID-19, Cancels Popular Classes

'Peloton' star Cody Rigsby has been forced to cancel his popular spin classes, after revealing he is suffering from COVID-19.
The popular instructor shared the shocking news on Instagram after many were disappointed to see his recent classes had been canceled. Cody, who bikes to the beat of famous singers like Britney Spears, described his current condition in a video shared on social media -- saying he is 'more sick' than he has ever been in his life.
Unfortunately, Cody is so sick, he is forced to cancel next week's classes as well.

"Hi friends. It's me, it's been a while. I know you've been asking yourself where is this b---h -- and unfortunately I've been dealing with COVID-19 for the past two weeks," the instructor revealed.
He continued, "Um, I have never been more sick in my life. It is a very real, real virus. But, for the most part I am doing a lot better. I thought I was going to be good enough to go for a class tomorrow, but, that seems to not be the case. I am still dealing with a lot of fatigue and a cough."

"Unfortunately, I am going to have to cancel my class tomorrow and probably take off next week. So, I will be postponing XOXO Cody to a later date, but I promise you I will back with you on the bike as soon as I possibly can," he added.
The good news, Cody seems to be on the mend and told his fans he just needed a bit more time and "will see you on the bike soon." In true Rigsby fashion, he signed off with "I'm not going anywhere I love you all and we will chat soon. Bye boos!"

It should be noted, Cody has been very vocal on 'Peloton' encouraging his followers to be very careful during the pandemic -- including wearing masks and trusting the experts about the seriousness of coronavirus.
The 'Peloton' star often expresses his anger at the fact the dance clubs in New York are closed due to the dangerous virus. If you follow him, you know what I am talking about! Cody gets his groove on, on his bike!
A representative from the company confirmed Rigsby did NOT contract the virus inside the Peloton studio and clarified they have been following safety guidelines from the CDC.
