Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney is sparking a wave of complaints after showing off in skimpy Daisy Dukes for a gorgeous set of oceanfront photos. The 25-year-old vault queen, best known for her "unimpressed face" at the London 2012 Olympics, updated for her 1.3 million Instagram followers ahead of the weekend, and it was leggy stuff. McKayla, who teased her fans with a cheeky caption, highlighted her medal-winning body, but it looks like her followers have been left grumpy. Check out why below.

A million miles from kitchen vibes, and going more down the bombshell route, were two snaps landing on the California native's IG earlier this week. Both showed her flaunting her killer legs and flashing her pearly whites while on a wooden bench backed by greenery.

McKayla, seated with folded bare legs and wearing high heels, plus a loose-flowing earthy-toned top, shone with her smile as she put out hoop earrings vibes, writing: "Never a dull moment." A quick swipe to the right showed virtually the same image, and it looks like that's what's left fans disappointed.
Despite over 73,000 likes coming in, plus one from 21-year-old gymnast Nastia Liukin, the post now sees a moan topping comments. "You posted the same photo smh," the grumbling user wrote.

Fans have been weighing in. Clearly, no detail is too small on Instagram. "The second picture is wayyy different," one fan replied, adding: "She looks cuter in it." "I think I need a microscope to see it," another user added.
"Is this like spot the different or @something?" a further follower asked, although the bulk of replies sent McKayla massive love. One fan even told the star they'd had a "crush" on her since 2012. Less easy-going, though, was Maroney's recent wardrobe malfunction. Scroll for it!

McKayla has been making headlines for those very revealing TikToks, ones that have seen the star shaking her money-makers at sunset, although it's similar on IG where a recent Five Guys trip saw McKayla rock a see-through top flashing her red bra.
