Kellyanne & George Conway Are Reportedly Getting DIVORCED, Donald Trump Celebrates News

Lawyer and activist George Conway and his wife, Kellyanne Conway, are reportedly getting a divorce after 22 years of marriage. Their union has previously come under scrutiny as Kellyanne campaigned and worked for former President Donald Trump while her estranged husband was one of his biggest critics.

Kellyanne operated as Trump's campaign manager before going on to serve as a senior adviser to the president. At the same time, George cofounded the Lincoln Project, whose main aim, amongst others, was to see to it that Trump never got elected into the oval office.

Tension in their marriage has also been laid bare as their daughter, Claudia, constantly outlined on social media that Kellyanne was abusive, even spilling inside information about Trump's administration at the time.

According to Page Six, Kellyanne and George have taken steps to end their marriage after 22 years together. The pair have reportedly gotten their divorce lawyers ready as they get set to split their assets and sort out the details of their divorce.

Kellyanne, 56, and George, 59, are known to share different views on several topics, famous for which was their stand on the administration of former president Donald Trump.

She served as Trump's campaign manager and advisor in 2016 while George cofounded the "Lincoln Project" to ensure the former president's defeat as he constantly used Twitter to lambast him.

"One of the greatest mysteries of the 21st century is the marriage of Kellyanne Conway and her husband, George — specifically, if they hate each other as much as their public commentary would suggest, or if the whole thing is some kind of three-dimensional chess designed to further their own interests," Vanity Fair wrote of their marriage in 2022, per Page Six.

They share four children; twins Claudia & George IV, 18; Vanessa, 13; and Charlotte.

In her 2022 memoir Here's The Deal, she noted that her estranged husband's constant denigration of Trump's administration was a betrayal of their marriage, tagging it "cheating by tweeting," per Page Six.

Kellyanne, in the book, also shared that Ivanka Trump had advised that they resort to couples therapy to work out their differences.

According to Huff Post, she subtly admitted that her marriage to Goerge may not survive, writing in the memoir that her husband's "daily deluge of insults violated our marriage vows to 'love, honor, and cherish' each other."

Kellyanne added, "I worry about our future" and "the harm that's been visited upon this. And for what reason? For politics."

In March 2019, the then president Trump responded to George's criticism of him, saying, "I barely know him, but just take a look, a stone-cold loser & husband from hell!"

She took the side of Trump and defended him, saying it was his way of "punching back" and that George had said the president was mentally ill without proof.

The former No. 1 citizen had reacted to reports that his ex-employee was getting a divorce from her husband as he praised her and commended the decision.

Following Page Six's report of their separation, Trump took to his Truth Social Platform to share his thoughts.

"Congratulations to Kellyanne Conway on her DIVORCE from her wacko husband, Mr. Kellyanne Conway," he penned. "Free at last, she has finally gotten rid of the disgusting albatross around her neck."

He continued, "She is a great person, and will now be free to lead the kind of life that she deserves...and it will be a great life without the extremely unattractive loser by her side!"

Another low point of the Conways' marriage occurred when their daughter, Claudia, started using social media to document private information about her family. The former "American Idol" contestant, like her father, was a constant critic of Trump's administration. 

According to Daily Mail, she used her TikTok account at the time to recommend that her followers leave one-star reviews for Trump's hotels, restaurants, and golf course.

She once called out her parents' marriage, tweeting, "You're just mad that I'm finally getting my voice heard, sorry your marriage failed." This message came after George said he wouldn't allow journalists to speak to his daughter.

Claudia was then dubbed the "supreme whistleblower" as she claimed that President Trump was "doing badly... and they are doing what they can to stabilize him" during covid. This view differed from what the former president's medical team had proposed at the time.
