'RHOSLC' Star Lisa Barlow Claps Back At Katie Maloney For Sundance Diss

Lisa Barlow and Katie Maloney don't appear to have settled their differences after going back and forth at the end of last year over Barlow's claims of being the "Sundance queen."

Following the debut of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" last November, the "Vanderpump Rules" cast member made waves when she suggested that Barlow was no queen and added that she never even heard of her. 

Months later, Barlow is firing back at Maloney by suggesting she doesn't know who she is because she only attends exclusive parties during Sundance. 

“She has to ask to get in a place,” Barlow pointed out on the "Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef" podcast, via The Cheat Sheet.

“Like, I mean, that’s weird,” she continued. “You have to know someone at the door to get in a place. Like, I think that’s weird. And you know, she’s probably not at the parties I’m putting on either. You’ll see. Wait until the next episode, episode six, maybe a little seven.”

According to Barlow, she wasn't sure exactly what Maloney had said about her following the initial episodes of season one.

“I don’t even know what she said,” Barlow insisted. “I’ve had so many people say she commented. I don’t even know what she said.”

Maloney had taken to her Instagram Stories amid one of the first episodes of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" to tell her fans and followers that she didn't agree with Barlow's "Sundance queen" title.

“She probably works with different people than I do,” Barlow said after Yontef shared Maloney's past comments. “Oh, well, everyone has to know who I am. She does now.”

Although Barlow didn't seem to have much interest in discussing Maloney, she had all good things to say about Maloney's "Vanderpump Rules" cast mate, Lala Kent, who, like Maloney and Barlow, hails from Utah. 

“I think Lala Kent is beautiful. Like her face is just gorgeous. I’m like, when I look at Lala Kent, she’s like the quintessential, Utah girl, like flawless face. Like Utah girls are so gorgeous and Lala is hands down flawless. Like her face to me is perfect,” Barlow gushed, noting that she doesn't know Kent personally.

During an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish weeks ago, Maloney said that the majority of the women of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" are tons of "fun."

“As we’ve seen so far this season, they’re wild and crazy and not what I think what a lot of people were expecting to see from people from Utah," Maloney shared. 

She then recalled a party she attended at the home of Jen Shah. 

"I mean, first of all, her house is insane and gorgeous. But we just had a good time. Jen got down on the dance floor. I just had a lot of fun connecting with Heather [Gay] and Whitney and kind of getting to know them a little bit,” Maloney said.
