Meghan Trainor is at the halfway point to being a mom of two! She recently gave a 20-week pregnancy update on Instagram and shared a sonogram photo on TikTok.
Meghan Trainor Is "#Halfwaythere"
The "Made You Look" singer, 29, recently shared a quick update on Instagram with a carousel of photos and a caption that explains how her pregnancy is currently going.
"20 week pregnancy update:
1. Crazy round ligament pain
2. Performing #MadeYouLook on @australianidol tomorrow night
3. Constipated af 😘💙
wish me luck🤪 #20weekspregnant #roundligamentpain"
Many of the singer's fans dropped into the comment section to give advice or tell what worked for them when they experienced similar symptoms during pregnancy.
"McDonald’s caramel frappes were the only thing that helped me poo😂 one a day kept the constipation at bay," one fan wrote. "Eat kiwis 🥝 at least two a day. It should help your third issue," advised another.

A few nurses also left some tips. "Prunes!! Been a L&D nurse for over 30 years. Swear by them. Eat a few everyday. Wear a binder/support for round ligament pain. If you previously had a CS it can be pain from scar tissue stretching also. Try to avoid picking your toddler up from the ground. Have him climb on the couch or a chair and gather him in at waist lever. Much less strain on the abdominals. Carting around a toddler while pregnant puts much more strain on your body," wrote one nurse.
Another nurse added, "I was an OB nurse, ask your doctor about taking magnesium for constipation! Everyone is normally deficient of magnesium and no harm to baby! Also look into kinesio tape for pregnancy, works so much better than belly bands!"
Others just left supportive comments such as, "You got this mama!," "You look amazing!," and "half way there!!"
Meghan Trainor Shared A Sonogram Photo On TikTok
On TikTok, Trainor shared an ultrasound photo of her baby in a cute video captioned, "When your 20 week old baby is a supermodel."
Many of her followers commented that the baby already resembles her husband Daryl Sabara, 30. "Am I the only one thinking the baby is identical to her husband?," one person wrote. Another added, "Nope same thoughts here. Baby def has daddy’s bone structure in the face. Congrats and so beautiful 😍."
Another follower was trying to guess if Trainor is having a girl or a boy by writing, "Giving me such girl vibes too!! I can’t wait to find out what you’re having♥️."
Many of Trainor's followers are also pregnant and shared that in the comments. "Both our kids are/gonna be the same age! I feel like I’m on a similar (at least age) path 😂 Can’t wait for your book," one soon-to-be mama said. Another added, "Not me being pregnant the same time as my idol 🤩."
Meghan Trainor Announced Her Second Pregnancy Four Weeks Ago
The "All About That Bass" singer shared the exciting news of her second pregnancy in late January, after repeatedly saying she wants to have four babies. Trainor and Sabara are already parents to son Riley, who just turned 2 last month. And now with baby number two on the way, the couple is just about halfway to their goal of four kids.
Trainor recently told PEOPLE that they know the gender of their baby and are more prepared this time around. "Everything's done. We know the gender. We know the name. We know the full name," she said. "I've already painted the room. I'm prepared this time."
Last time around, Trainor wasn't as prepared and didn't have a plan set in place for her delivery. "I never had a game plan with Riley, and then he was breached at the end, so I didn't have a choice," she said. "But this one, I do have a choice so far, or my doctor's like, 'What are you thinking?' and I'm like, 'I got no idea."
Trainor has some time to make a decision on whether she will try for a vaginal birth this time around or opt for another C-section. She's said that she's been going "back and forth" with the idea.
"My worst nightmare is that I push or I am in labor for two days straight and then I do an emergency C-section. Both options are not fun,” she explained. “So I’m back and forth every day, but my doctor’s like, ‘We have time.’ And I was like, “Cool, cool, cool, cool.'”
